Teddy_Kuhl The first roots were growing through the biodegradable pot. I moved the beauty with the pot into the final container.
I didn't put the plant in the middle of the container, but on the edge. The reason for this is that I will be doing the LST training in 2-3 weeks. Then I will slowly tie the plant down. Follow me on this channel!

Teddy_Kuhl I initiated the low-stress training (LST) technique with the intention of sculpting the plants according to my desired form. LST involves a methodical approach of gently bending and securing the plants to optimize light dispersion and enhance airflow. The primary objective is to maintain the plants at a low, expansive profile, while encouraging the proliferation of side branches and potential flowering sites.
Here's how I conducted the Low Stress Training (LST) procedure:
- Firstly, I delicately manipulated the plants by gently bending them outward and securing them using metal hooks. I took care to avoid excessive bending or causing any damage to the plants.
- I diligently monitored the plants, ensuring their comfort and adjusting the metal hooks positions accordingly to manage their growth effectively.
The outcome of the third week has left me thoroughly delighted, and I find myself eagerly anticipating what the next week will bring.

Teddy_Kuhl This week, I continued with the low-stress training (LST) and further tied the plants. LST is a technique where plants are gently bent and tied to enhance light distribution and air circulation throughout their structure. The primary aim of this method is to keep the plants low and wide, promoting the growth of more side shoots and flower heads. Additionally, I fertilized the plants for the first time this week, providing them with essential nutrients to support their development.

Teddy_Kuhl We are now entering the second week of the flowering phase, and the progress is truly exciting. The plant has grown significantly taller. I've also done some defoliation to ensure more light reaches the tops. I'm pleased with the overall condition of all the plants; their bud development looks very promising. The upcoming 2-3 weeks are sure to be very interesting.

Teddy_Kuhl By the end of the 8th week, the Sweet Skunk plants are looking extremely frosty, with their trichomes glistening impressively. The delightful aromas they emit are quite noticeable. As we approach harvest week, I plan to share more details. Stay tuned for more information.
Teddy_Kuhl This plant is easy to grow and provides a good yield. Despite its small size, it produced 93 grams. I would definitely consider growing it again.
