Grow Questions

sebinostarted grow question 6 years ago
Hi all. 6th week (last of preflowering), This plant is somehow late in development but it is quite steady. Should I defoliate her a little bit? The four lower stems could develop popcorn buds, do I remove them and the bigger lower leaves also? Cheers.

Hi @sebino! Well I don't recommend to do so, for 2 reasons: 1/ avoid defoliation after the 2nd week of flowering, we want the plant to drive its energy into bud fattening & resin production, not into recovery, 2/ your plant is not bushy enough to be defoliated, that's not necessary and will mostly slow her down. Hope this makes sense, keep us up-to-date and happy growing 👊

The flowering of your plants looks to be progressing very well. There not much better than watching the flowering nodes begin to take shape and form beautiful buds. I'm eager to see how your grow finishes up and I wish you all the best in the rest of growing these girls. Cheers :D

Thnk you @SensiSmellYahLater, yeah it is growing very well, but it will be small as well, generally I think it will be exactly as I wanted it to be. I've got four weeks left, probably the first two weeks and a half to see the buds mature, the flushing. I will text you once it is finished. All the best to you and happy Christmas. Cheers😎

Does this strain do well in cold areas??
DinafemSeeds

@ThaStarterKid, Cold areas indoor or out buddy? Most strains will not perform well in cold climates 👍I should reword that. Most strains will not reach their full potential in cold climates 👍 All the best ✌️ Mark..
