Magnetous_tryko Hi all! Here we go again with the Hulkberry!
This time I followed the specs from BioTabs regarding startrex, mycotrex, bactrex and orgatrex but not regarding silicum flash and the tabs!
I just added 10g (0.35oz) of silicum to the pot and I'll wait till week 3 or 4 to add the tabs.
All the rest didn't change and I'll put the hardware list down here.
60x120 (2x4) blackbox
PrimaKlima 220/360 m3/h extractor (always on switch 1) pushes air in
Green filter CH10 (entrance, passive exit) So yes I filter air coming in but not going out. I don't have any need for odor control :-D
1 secret jardin 20w fan
2x 180W COB led lights
2x 15L airpots
Winflex temp and humidity tester
And the top of soil, Bio Canna Bio Terra Plus

Magnetous_tryko Hi all!
Hulkberry is gently growing.
I noticed the tip of some leaves curl down a bit too much. I guess the fresh soil that the new roots are exploring is slightly too N rich but this shouldn't be a problem.
Still no tabs in. I'll let the cotyledon leaves tel me when they are needed.
See you next week!

Magnetous_tryko Hi all!
Of the four plants I am growing this one is the most nutes sensitive. I see signs of N overfeeding, mostly on older fan leaves, but this shouldn't be an issue as she will be switched to flower very soon.
The growth rate is good and the shape of the plant as well. I'm a bit behind regarding the lst but she will be topped and trained next week.
Nothing more for now but the fun will begin soon!
Cya!

Magnetous_tryko Hi all!
Some big changes this week! Topped and started the lst!
As usual I kept only 4 pairs of branches and applied my lst hardware to shape the lady.
Didn't change anything to the feeding as those two sativas hybrids don't seem to be in need right now. Also by cutting off almost a third of the plant you lower her needs, at least for a few weeks.
So I will se next week how she is doing and if I should give her a little tab or not.
I plan to defo the fan leaves next week and switch them after recovery so maybe week 7 or end week 6.
And yes I will definitely try to take pictures after a feeding and not when she is thirsty as hell like that! ๐
Happy growing guys!

Magnetous_tryko Hi all!
So I may have started a little mess there... contrarily to what I said two weeks ago I finally added half tab per plant and that was not a wise idea. They looked a bit overfed a few days later and the Bruce Banner even showed some tip burn on two sites. You my be able to see them in the pics of the two plants together. So I had to make a 8ltrs / 2gal flush to stop the problem. as you see her here she is still recovering from it and I will have to reintroduce some bacteria soon and maybe some micro elements before switching her. This adds one week of veg to my plan but anyway it should be ok to flip them in the eighth week if they don't stretch too much.
Also it was not wise at all to add that half tab just before a defoliation... and I definitely should have defoliated a week earlier.
So let see how this sativas recover before the switch! Cya next week!

Magnetous_tryko Hi all!
So here I am back at updating this diary! Sorry for the gap there will be after week 8 but I had to deal with ugly things in my life so I did what I could!
This grow will end up being one of the worst for me! Issues showing up on the plants, no tools to make a proper diag, no time to deal with it and really not in the good mood for growing overall.
Hulkberry was the plant showing the most issues. She is missing micros too but just looking at her you can tell it surely is due to an alcaline soil issue. Later on I will burn the roots by going too acidic on the watering a few times trying to correct this and she will have hard time recovering.
Cya in 10 weeks! ๐
Despite the fact that she is the one that suffered the most from the lack of care she gave some nice dense main buds! Lost a good part of the yield but what's remaining is very enjoyable! Not the most sticky, the trichome coverage could be more dense, but definitely tasty! The levels of limonรจne are among the highest I grew! Just plain lemon/lime zest taste!!
The high is just what you would expect from a sativa, not too heavy, uplifting and energic! You definitively can plan on doing things, you will just find yourself in deep focusing while doing them! The high lasts quite a long time too, fading gently.
I'll have to give her another try in good growing conditions once.

Magnetous_tryko So last update for this 2018 grows that I will try to forget quickly. Those poor plants did what they could before I managed to revive them. Even didn't plan to update the harvest on this diary but I thought I have to show even the ugly plants lol. But don't expect dry pics sry! Definitely don't take the figures up there as references!
See you all soon for the 2019 grows with nice new strains.
