I am so excited to grow this strain! I read many reviews on many different CBD dominate strains before I decided on this one. I germinated 4 seeds and they all grew tap roots but I managed to kill one just after it popped up out of the soil, I believe I over heated it and dried it out. I use CBD oil and flower but I normally have purchase it from a LP and it's expensive so I hope this grow goes well. So all and any tips on growing CBD strain will be greatly appreciated
They grew some new leaves this week but not to much taller so I moved them under the larger 700w Led I have but they are about 30" away from the light. Next week I will be giving them nutrients for the first time other than the soil mix they were started in which was a seed starting soil from the local hardware store.
No new vertical growth with week but she is growing new leaves and the existing ones are getting bigger. Have not started giving her nutrients yet will probably start next week.
I moved these ladies to 7 gallon fabric pots and I put each one in a different type of medium. I'm still pretty new to indoor growing so I wanted to try a few different mediums. I was inspired to name these ladies by @Mrs_Larimar I thought it was a great idea.
Brigitte is the runt so I decided to put her in some Gaia Green Living soil as the medium. She had 0% growth last week so hopefully this new soil will help her recover. I do not plan on adding any extra soil to her for a least 3 weeks since this soil is full of nutrients.
Mercy is a decent size for how old she is but also didn't grow very much last week. I put her into some into some FoxFarm Ocean Forest potting soil. I will also be waiting at least 3 weeks to start feeding her as this soil is full of awesome nutrients.
Moria is the biggest of the three ladies but also showed very little growth last week. I put her into some straight Coco so I will be feeding her weekly with the nutrients listed in this diary.
This is only my third attempt at growing indoors and my first time growing a CBD starin. I hear they are much harder to grow but I want to start learning cause I much enjoy high CBD strains of cannabis as I use them for many different medical reasons.
Tow out of the three is these ladies had some good growth this week. They recovered nicely from there transplant to their new home.
Moria The one is the coco seems to be doing the best she is getting the nutrients listed above.
Mercy is the one in the foxfarm she is doing ok but not as good. She only got water PH to 5.8 which I'm learning might be to low for soil.
Bridgette is not doing well at all and will most likely die soon if she is not already dead. I moved she back to a smaller pot so I could get some use out of the the bigger pot.
Moria is still doing much better than Mercy but Mercy is still hanging in there. You would never know I started these from seeds at the same time. Mercy did have a slight disadvantage as she was put into too strong of soil
Bridgette however didn't make it so I'm down to just 2 form the four seeds I started. This is entirely my fault and so far I'm very happy with this Strain it's a little tough to grow but If I can get them this far anyone can.
She is looking good in her second week of flower. She is the one in the front of the tent. I think I might have to add a second layer of a scrog netting as she is getting too close to the light.
The buds are starting to get a very strong smell. they have seemed to stop growing in height now and putting all their energy towards the buds. She is drinking alot about 3 liters every two days.
Starting the flush after this week. The flowers on this girl are very frosty so many trichomes much more than I thought it would have. She is very healthy and had no real issues. My only complaint so far is that the branches are not very thick and can hardly support the buds and they are not that big.
This strain was awesome to grow, it was a little challenging at times however it was my first time growing CBD and only my second time growing indoors. The strain is definitely a full CBD with absolutely no psychoactive effects if that's what you're looking for I highly recommend you try this train strain.
Growing was easier than expected a few minor hiccups and nothing major I was always told CBD it was hard to grow and I would have to argue that this strain is not. The buds turned out extremely frosty I did do a half-ass scrog net and the yield wasn't as high as I would have liked but the quality was definitely there.
@Mrs_Larimar,Oh really I didn't know that thanks for sharing. Is it because there is to much nutrients in the soil? I waited 3 weeks till I put it in the new fox farm soil. I started all three of them the same way and only one is having issues. How long do you wait to move the seedling to the soil.
