Aaaaaaand we’re done! I’ve loved the process and learned so much.
Had to try before the cure!
Real clean smoke which is what I was going for with the living soil. The lemon/citrus flavor is starting to settle in by the hour!
All in all I pulled 4 ounces exactly and have began to cure them in Grove bags. I can’t wait to see the final FINAL results!
