05/31/24. Going into week 5
Hellloooo good to see yuh. Welcome to Euphoria. Finally I can be positive on an update! Feels good.. one might almost say euphoric 🤪. Okay lame lame I know haha
Alright sooo if you were here previously you know Euphi was borderline fucked. She’s fallen way behind her friends and was basically sick and it unknown to whether she’d make it out or not.
Well my friendssss.. she’s out of the hospital and so far- making a good recovery. She went back and joined her friends under the big girl light and is taking well to the fluids she’s had.
Her color is returning to a normal shade and no signs of any more progressions. Hopefully she stays that way. She does have a bit of a weird turned finger on her leaf, but I’m not gonna freak out about that.
On the serious information stuff:
She’s grown 5 inches since last update and is starting to get some branching going finally. I went ahead and topped her. Did it so late as I felt she was in no shape to handle it until recently. It doesn’t appear to have upset her at all.
The light is now 23 inches up and at about 90%. All the dimming and moving it up as made some not very good node spacing. Ah well, rather have not great spacing and a healthy plant.
Humidity has been about 50% and temperatures varying between 75-82f.
Im pretty sure that the issue here was a phosphorus deficiency which seems odd to me in veg stage. I’ve put a picture of the leaf for your viewing displeasure. It’s a good example of what you DONT want your leaves to look like lol
Anyway, let’s hope we have nothing but great weeks here on out. Thanks for dropping by & have a great weekend.😀
You are wasting NO time 🤣 datz great..I have so many new seeds that I am excited to get started. But will have to wait now since I’m looking to move in the next month or so. Just received some of my old favorites Blue Dream and Sour Diesel, along with Jealousy, Pluto, Gator Breath, Khalifa Kush and Cereal Milk!! 😊
Bend her before the stalks harden. Keep bending her down over and over gently. Hang something on the top to keep her bent over (I use garden/soil stakes). A tiny pinch/fracture every node or so can help bend her, be firm but gentle. Then tie her down. I use wire (but my other gf prefers nylon cording)…. tie to garden stakes- so if u bump it the stake comes out and the branch doesn’t break.. then spread her wide open to expose the lower buds to direct light. Then just start tucking.
