As soon as I received these seeds I dropped them in a bowl of water @10am on April 30th. Planted directly into soil 7pm at sundown on the 30th. I wet the soil because it was dry. I prefer moist but settled for wet. The temperature was warm enough for germination week. The evenings were still lower 60's F, but the days warmed up above 70 °F.
Night 1 it was dry with low 60's F
Day 1 we had good sunshine and low 70's F.
Day 2 We received a heavy rain in the afternoon and intermittently that night into the morning of the 3rd day (May 3) Our temps cooled off with the rain and we didn't get above 72° F.
It was a little wetter than I prefer, but our soil drained well and fastbuds genetics can handle the less than perfect condition. Two popped on May 3rd (day 3) and the last popped on May 4th (day 4).
The above listed nutrients were premixed into the soil at the listed rates per gallon of soil.

This soil has nutrients premixed into it. I mixed 320ml Organic Coop Poop 2-4-3, 160ml Espoma blood meal 12-0-0, and 480ml Gaia glacial rock dust per 32 gallon pot. The above listed nutrients, with the exception of ferrous sulfate, will be dry amendments premixed per gallon of soil.
On day 3 I top dressed with ferrous sulfate monohydrate at the rate of 2.5ml/gallon of soil as listen in nutrients section. I didn't fill these pots above halfway with soil in the case we had heavy consistent rain. Half a pot dries faster than a whole one. I will be filling these pots completely as soon as these get more height and the rain lessens.
Day 1 we had heavy dew and it was mostly cloudy.
Day 2 we had a heavy dew in the morning. That afternoon we had cooler temps and intermittent rain that continued overnight.
Day 3 was overcast with thunderstorms and rain that evening and night.
Day 4 we had a rain shower late morning, but the sun came out mid day.
Day 5 early morning 2-3 a.m. we had very heavy thunderstorm. The rest of the day was sunny and cool.
Day 6 forecast was 5% rain that became 100% thunderstorm. There was heavy rain and wind on day 6 for about a hour from 9.30 a.m to 10.30 a.m., then a second round later that afternoon.
Day 7 turned out very good. Lots of sunshine and a light breeze that'll help dry out that soil a bit.
These soaking wet conditions we experienced this week are something cannabis seedlings survive with difficulty. I've found fastbuds genetics withstands these conditions consistently where other brands have total failure.

Day 1 we had sunshine and a lite breeze.
Day 2 and 3 we had sunshine and a lite breeze. I watered about 2 gallons from the water hose per plant day 3.
Day 4 we had shower in the morning and throughout the day.
Day 5 we had rain in the early morning, drizzle and afternoon showers. I added an additional 50ml of ferrous sulfate top dressed. I also spread just enough peat moss to cover the ferrous sulfate to prevent the rain from splashing it onto plants. Previously the rain splashed granules of ferrous sulfate onto the leaves, burning them. I used 50ml or 1.66ml/gallon of soil, as I've only got about 30 gallons of soil in the pots. I'm waiting to top off after this excessive rain is done.
Day 6 we had intermittent rain, drizzle, and mist throughout the day. This weather has been very WET for cannabis.The good news is the ferrous sulfate is working. The soil pH is down around 6.4. There's still a small amount of excess phosphorus but these girls will grow into it.
Day 7 we had rain all morning and into the afternoon. The pots are soaked.
I noticed on day 3 that the #1 plant is falling behind the other two. The reason is the procession of the sun has caused it's path to create shade on the #1 plant. We have large trees surrounding the grow area and the #1 plant is receiving about a hour less sun in the morning. I waited for the pot to get lite and moved to a sunnier location on day 3.
Everyone grew very good despite the excessive rain and cool nights. The plants doubled in height and overall this week was a success.

Day 1 We missed the scattered showers but it's been 80-90% humidity all day. It's been real sunny but the pots are very wet.
Day 2 we had sunshine and temperatures above 80° F. The soil dried out a little today. 🙏

This week was a very wet success. The plants doubled in height and began to grow their side branches. The rain has been constant and nearly eliminating the need to water. It's a concern to have constant rain and high humidity. I've seen fungus gnats but these plants haven't shown any signs of stress. Once again fastbuds can thrive in a challenging environment.

Day 1 we started with lots of sunshine and clear skies.Then we had a pop up severe thunderstorm with grape sized hail. Thankfully it only lasted a few minutes.
Day 2 we have clear skies and sunshine. The temperature is mid 70's. You can see the hail damage that occured day 1. The #3 plant was topped by a hail stone. Luckily it only got the top and didn't take out the side branches growing out of the 4th node. This was very fortunate a topping above the 4th node done by nature.
Day 3 we had rain and thunderstorms through the previous night and into the morning. We had sunshine, clear skies, and temperatures in the upper 70's. That was followed by severe thunderstorms, rain, and a touch of hail from 4p.m. to 6p.m.
Day 4 we had relief from the rain. Temperatures were in the mid to upper 70's and lots of sunshine. We have a few days of sunshine in the forecast 🙏

This week was a success. One of the plants doubled in height to 20" the other two were 17 and 18 " . I started adding soil with premixed nutrients. It seems the worst of the rain is over and these girls can handle the moisture. I added stakes on day 7 and will get these tied down to open up the centers.

This week was a success. These girls nearly doubled in height. The 41.75" of height is an average. The tallest was 44". I did the lst a little different. I'm leaving the two main branches going up. I'm hoping the lower branches catch up. We've got about 4 weeks of veg remaining before flower begins. I added a little iron to these and they seem happy with it. The soil I added was premixed with fertilizer so no feeding yet. These are really trying to get big.

The roots have begun to grow out of the soil on top and down through the pots into the ground.

This week was a success.bthe plants topped out at 70" of height. They've begun to feed heavy, so I added blood meal and iron. Next week I'll add some plant tone and coop poop. I defolated the #2 plant as it was getting super bushy. I've not shaped these as much as they need so they don't have a great shape. I'll work on getting them spread out next week.

It's not the prettiest but I took some foliage off and opened them up by tying the branches to stakes arranged on the outside of the pots. I added 50ml plant tone and 50ml feather meal in top of the soil. The rain is watering today.
Day 4 we had a high temperature of 73°F and all day rain. The rain was what remained of hurricane Beryl. There was a lot of wind up to 20 miles per hour. These girls handled it and loved the rain.
Day 5 we had clear sunny skies and a high temperature of 85°F. I fed 150 ml feather meal and 45 ml Coop Poop. I watered 3-5 gallons from the water hose.
Day 6 we had a high temperature of 86°F and partly cloudy skies. Plants #1 and #3 developed powdery mildew on their lower leaves. The #2 plant is showing immunity. I'm going to treat for the next 5 days with Arber organic biofungicide. I ran the fertilizer a little hot the girls are clawing and super dark green this evening.
Day 7 we had a high temperature of 85 with partly cloudy skies.
This week was a success. The girls added height and began flower. The powdery mildew that developed on #3 and #1 is minimal and only on the lower leaves. I'll remove these and try to get them a little more air flow.
The girls have been so hungry now that they've gotten some size. The soil I used was recycled organic and had a lot of built up phosphorus from on my previous runs, which meant I couldn't add anything with phos as it would push them to lockout. It's finally playing out and I'm barely keeping these girls fed with enough nitrogen. The nitrogen I added actually had the leaves clawing about 6 hours after I added it. It wasn't bad and you can see on day 7, the girls were already back to business as usual. I finished topping these pots off with soil.
The Sun plays a big part in my plants growth. There is very limited room with lots of morning and evening shade. That's why some of these were growing more on one side than the other. It's now changed direction and I've moved the plants to their permanent spot in the garden.

Day 6 we had cooler weather today with a high temperature of 78°F. Skies were partly cloudy and I watered about 3 gallons from the hose.

Overall this week was a success. Unfortunately all three plants have powdery mildew. They are being treated with a bio fungicide. I'm removing leaves a little at a time. I'm going to be more aggressive next week in trying to get this under control. This weather has not helped. We have had one of the wettest, most humid summer since I've been here. Powdery mildew is on several of the native plants along our tree line and yard. It's been an issue and typically fastbuds have had a lot of resistance. This weather has been brutal and I'll be doing what I can to keep this under control. I didn't feed any this week as the plants are showing signs of excess phosphorus and the feather meal breaks down to feed slowly.

Day 6 we had high temperature of 89°F. Skies were sunny. I watered about 4-5 gallons with well water. I've been treating these with Arber biofungicide but it's hasn't had much affect. I stripped all the infected leaves and lollipoped two today. I'll get the third tomorrow. I'll treat these tomorrow with growers ally fungicide and see if they can be saved.
Day 7 we had a high temperature of 86°F with partly cloudy skies. We're expecting rain tonight and it's super humid today. The weather is not cooperating while I'm treating for powdery mildew.
This week was a success. The plants gained on average 6 inches in height. They've slowed down their upward growth and are transitioning into flower. The weather has been atrocious for cannabis. These girls are super healthy but the humidity and cool nights have caused perfect conditions for powdery mildew. I began treatment with Arber biofungicide, but it wasn't doing much. I lollipoped and defolated heavy on two of the plant and finished the third after photos on day 7. The non infected leaves are responding ok to the Arber. I'm switching now and will treat late day 7 with Growers Ally fungicide. I defolated pretty heavy, but I expect a full recovery and increased production as there will be more light penetration.

Day 3 we had a high temperature of 94°F with clear sunny skies. I watered about 5 gallons from the well. I treated these again with Growers Ally fungicide. The warmer nights, blazing sun, and this fungicide have really cleared up that powdery mildew. They've also decided to go all in on flowering.
Day 4 we had a high temperature of 94° with sunny skies. Heat index was over a hundred. It was super hot today. I watered twice about 8 gallons total. Everything looked good after treatment.
Day 5 we had a high temperature of 95 and partly cloudy skies. I watered twice about 4-5 gallons each time with well water.
Day 6 we had a high temperature of 91°F with partly cloudy skies. I watered twice today 4-5 gallons each pot, each time.
Day 7 we had a high temperature of 88°F with sunny skies. I watered 5-6 gallons each pot.
This week was a success. The powdery mildew issue has been cleared up. The Growers Ally fungicide worked great. These girls have rooted into the ground through the pots which is helping some of the 100+heat index days. It's hard to keep these pots moist in that kind of heat. Overall it was a great week.

Day 4 we had a high temperature of 90°F with super clear sunny skies. The temperature was more comfortable at 90° today because we had less humidity. I watered 4-5 gallons per pot from the well.
Day 5 we had a high temperature of 81°F with partly cloudy skies. The girls are still thirsty. I watered 4-5 gallons per pot once. These girls roots have tapped through these pots and into the soil. Unless it's just super hot watering once is enough.
Day 6 we had a high temperature of 83° with clear sunny skies. I watered 4-5 gallons once per pot.
Day 7 we had a high temperature of 79°F with clear sunny skies. I watered once 4-5 gallons of well water per pot. The girls are thirsty but the heat isn't sucking the water out of the pots. The girls are in full vegative phase 2 and continue to gain height.
This week was a great success. The girls really stretched. The middle height plant is at 100 inches. I'm on my ladder on my tip toes and I can't reach the very top with the tape. The tallest plant looks about 12" taller. The weather was very pleasant. We had a few hot days but mostly cool fall type weather. The defoliation and treatment of powdery mildew with Growers Ally fungicide ended that problem. These plants do have a high level of resistance but not immunity. I'll continue to treat once a week.
Most growers don't talk about their fungal pathogens or treatment of them. Outdoors, if your plants aren't immune (many fastbuds I've grown from seed have been) then this is an issue you'll deal with if you have cool humid nights. There are many treatments and preventatives and some are scarey. My grows are all organic and I carefully chose Growers Ally fungicide as I smoke these plants and don't want anything scarey in(systemic) or on them.

This week was a success. We had lots of rain and cool temperatures. The powdery mildew flared up a little as I didn't treat because of the daily rain. We finished our The week with warmer temps and sunshine. The girls have slowed down their upward growth and have almost transitioned to generative phase one or flower. They're starting to smell citrusy.

Even though the girls are drinking more the cool weather and them rooting into the soil through the fabric pots has kept me from watering twice a day. The girls cleaned up nice after the fungicide treatment. They look great.
Day 4 we had a high temperature of 78°F. Skies were clear and sunny. I watered about 5 gallons per pot with well water. The air has been a little drier with this cool from and the girls are loving it.
Day 5 we had a high temperature of 77°, clear sunny skies, and humidity at 66%. This weather is very fall like and the plants are loving it. We've got rain in the weekend forecast though. I hope we miss it.
Day 6 we had a high temperature of 77°. Skies were partly cloudy to mostly sunny. The humidity dropped into the 40%'s today. The plants are loving this weather. I watered about 5 gallons of well water. These girls are starting to smell like lemon cleaner with a sweet note.
Day 7 we had a high temperature of 86°F. Skies were partly cloudy and we had just a few minutes of very lite rain. I watered about 5 gallons per pot with well water.

These girls have slowed their stretch and seem to be leveling off. They are smelling like lemon cleaner, with a sweet note. Daylight hours finished up the week at 13 hours and 20 minutes.

Day 3 we had a high temperature of 94°F. The girls were thirsty. I watered about 6 gallons per pot. I really wet them and the ground under the pots. They're feeding on the runoff in the soil as they've rooted through the pots.
Day 4 we had a high temperature of 94°. It felt like 102°F. Skies were sunny and clear. I watered about 5 gallons per pot twice today. The girls were super thirsty. I added 80ml Coop Poop top dressed.

Day 6 the high was 94°F with mostly clear skies. I watered about 5 gallons per pot. Then I watered in the evening about 3 gallons per pot. These girls are eating now.

Overall this week was a success. Their growth height has been achieved. They are in full flower and kicking up a nice citrus smell.

Day 1 we had a high temperature of 73°. It was sunny, cool, and a dry 35% humidity. The girls are super happy. I'm adding 100ml coop poop top dressed to each pot today. About midweek I'll hit them with potassium.

Day 4 we had a high temperature of 84°F with sunny skies. The humidity is tipping back up but still below 80%. These girls are doing great. They are getting about 2 hours less sunshine than the other fastbuds I'm growing. It's definitely keeping these girls behind and affecting production. I treated with biofungicide today.

Day 7 we had a high temperature of 72°F. Skies were overcast and there was a drizzling mist all day. Humidity was 110% for at least 24 hours. The girls seemed to be fine. There's more rain in the forecast and I'm hoping we miss it.
This week was a success. The girls really started smelling loud and very citrus. Like really orangy smelling tang. These really have an awesome nose. The weather is being a little bit tuff. Other than that a great week.

Day 7 we had a high temperature of 91°F with mostly sunny skies. I added 160ml of molasses to top of pot and washed it in with my watering wand. I watered about 5 gallons. Run off isn't an issue. The girls are rooted through the pots into the ground and the loved the K in the molasses.
This week was a success. The buds are filling out and the smell is incredible. Like super loud lemon orange tang. They're sweet and the lemon mandarin orange smell can't be missed. I'm a little disappointed at the stretch and I didn't blow up the buds. I'm suspecting a combo of these getting more shade and not getting the right nutes at the right time. Even with all that they have lots of frosty buds on them.

We couldn't find time to pump these buds with nutes. I'm disappointed that right at the end we couldn't tend to these like they needed. The buds are small but they are super frosty and loud. They smell strong like lemony tang. We will get a few more pics this week before harvest.
