It’s fine she will grow strong I had the same problem and now she has grown with 3 main branches. I’m growing the same strain and mine started the same way.

the deformed leafs looks a bit like the plant #3 in my diary. However, for me it just was low growth at first, real sign of mutation (deformed leafs, non-symmetrical growth, missing leafs) did show a bit later on... In my case I am 100% sure that it is a mutation as I have two well built healthy plants from the same strain that were treated the same.

looks like zero internode developed between the first 2 nodes - if not due to whawtever is going on, your light is too strong, too early. Looks like that is the case in week 1 too. And, is the growth tip damaged or burned off? this may be self-inflicted as opposed to a mutation. In either case, probably faster to start over. If new to this, read up basics of planting seed -- it's the same for most plant. Nothing new or different about the marijuana plant. if oyu want to salvage, drop light intensity significantly until you see a reaosn to amp it back up. Resulting internode length is the guide for light intensity.
