Started my next grow after facing some issues with the previous batches, but now I'm back on track. Alongside my two young Strawberry Cheesecake Autos, I decided to add a third plant and opted for an LSD Auto. Germination went smoothly again, really fast this time. Let's see how it goes. 3. May. - 5. May. '24 Germination Phase

After germination, I planted the little seedling deeper in the pot compared to the other grow, in order to combat stretching a bit. Over the days, I simply added a bit more soil as the seedling stretched higher. It worked great. I only watered a little bit gradually. The soil is from a previous grow, lightly fertilized and mixed with premium mycorrhiza.

Week 2 of Veg, the little one is growing well and thriving. I watered with 100ml (0.03 gal) and topped up a bit with the old soil. The soil itself was moist, so hardly any additional watering was needed. The sun has been a great factor with clear weather every day, so I just kept the small pot somewhat cool by watering. Tomorrow, I will transplant the plant into its 30-liter final pot, and then it’s time to wait and see.

This week, the lady was transplanted! From the small 0.4 liters (0.1 gal) to the 30 liters (8 gal) large pots. In the photo, you can see the small roots quite well. I fertilized the entire root ball with 'Organic Nutrients Mycorrhiza' and then placed it into Plagron's Allmix soil. I hydrated the 30 liters of soil with 3 liters of water (0.8 gal). Over the week, the plant has done quite well, and I'll be away for a few days, so let's see how she does.

This week, the weather unfortunately isn't so good, but the plant is thriving nonetheless. It's growing vigorously, and the small side branches are becoming more visible. The color is a vibrant green. Starting this week, fertilization begins with Plagron's Terra Grow. The mixing ratio is 1:200, so 2.5 ml of Terra Grow per 0.5 liter of water (0.07 fl oz of fertilizer per 0.13 gal of water).

This week, we've observed some interesting changes. The plant is showing strong growth and becoming more robust. The small side branches are nearly doubling in size daily, and the main stem has slightly changed its color. The leaves are a vibrant green and show no signs of deficiencies. At the top of the plant, tiny white pistils are now visible, indicating the first signs of the preflower stage. I have also adjusted and increased the amount of fertilizer to further promote growth. The plant is now receiving a higher dose of Plagron's Terra Grow to ensure it gets all the necessary nutrients. Additionally, since the weather is now much warmer, the plants are staying outside overnight as well. This means the grow lamp is no longer needed, and the lighting time has been slightly reduced. Overall, I am very pleased with the progress and look forward to seeing how the plant develops in the coming weeks.

This week, I started Low Stress Training (LST) because the plant is developing well. Before LST, it was 14 cm (5.5 in) tall, and after, it was bent down to 9 cm (3.5 in). Throughout the week, I adjusted it as it quickly adapted. By the end of the week, it grew back to 12 cm (4.7 in). I am also training this plant with two wires so that I don't bend the main stem too much and achieve a different shape compared to my other two plants, which you can check out in my other diaries. The plant itself looks great, strong, and with a beautiful green color. The side shoots are developing well. I have also increased the fertilization because I saw a positive reaction in my other plants and continued this approach here. I am excited to see what the next week brings.

The new week started off strong. Despite the sunshine and no weather warnings, there was a heavy downpour, but the lady handled it very well. Despite that, she is growing quickly and getting stronger, especially at the main stem. The side shoots are also sprouting like weeds. The weather has become very good now, after the storms of last week. The temperature almost reached 30°C (86°F), so the plant is drinking a lot. You can now also notice a slight scent – I can't quite place it, but it's a pungent, delicious smell. A small concern now is aphids. I had other plants on the balcony that were infested, and although I removed them, it's the issue with outdoor plants that you can't get rid of them 100%. As a result, there's a minor infestation on another strain. The LSD plant hasn't been affected yet but was treated with COMPO Pest-Free Plus AF - Insecticide. Let's see what the next few days bring

This week marks the beginning of the flowering phase for the lady. With temperatures reaching 33°C (91°F) and plenty of sunshine, it's been an excellent start. Overall, the plant is healthy with vibrant color, strong branches, and a sturdy stem. Small buds are already visible, emitting a faint aroma. Trichomes are barely noticeable but definitely present on the calyxes. The leaves are causing some concern, though. I suspect over-fertilization, so I've reduced the feeding schedule to once a week and switched the rest to clear water. LST has been adjusted again, encouraging the plant to grow wider. It's becoming very compact, almost like a small boxwood shrub, especially compared to my other plants. Additionally, there was heavy rainfall, which provided the plant with a good 0.5 liters (0.13 gallons) of rainwater with a pH value of 7.46.

This week, not much has happened. After adjusting the fertilization, the plant has recovered well. It is now strong and has a beautiful color. The main stem is getting thicker, and the side branches have noticeably grown. I have used LST to spread the plant outward, making it wider. The plant is still quite small and compact, growing from 14 cm to 16 cm (5.5 in to 6.3 in), but it is not in poor condition. The scent is noticeable when working with it. The buds are getting stronger, although the trichomes are still barely visible. Overall, the plant is growing well, but there are no significant updates. There was also some heavy rain this week. I kept the plant outside during the rain, allowing it to benefit from the rainwater, which amounted to a little more than 1.5 liters (0.4 gal) with a pH value of 7.85. So far, the plant have responded positively to this.

Just a short report as I will be away this and next week. The plant has grown quite a bit, allowing me to stretch a few more branches outward with LST. The plant's scent has also intensified, remaining very strong, lemony, and quite pungent. The resin is extremely sticky, adhering to my fingers as soon as I touch the buds. Otherwise, there are no significant updates. Alongside regular watering with fertilizer, I also watered the plant from the bottom with one liter (0.26 gal) of regular tap water, with a pH value of 7.45.

This week, there isn't much to say except that the plant is responding exceptionally well to LST and has become significantly wider. There are many small buds that are thickening towards the bottom. Additionally, besides the training, I did a bit of defoliation as the plant is still quite compact. Otherwise, this week, the plant only received one liter (0.26 gal) of tap water from the bottom with a pH value of 7.45.

The plant is doing really well now. Although it isn't growing as much in height as expected, it is putting a lot of energy into flowering. Given its size, I don't expect huge yields, but I am still surprised and excited to see what comes next. Through training, I managed to make the plant wider and produce more buds, which are now clearly visible and covered in trichomes. The plant's scent has become very strong, with a sharp lemony and earthy aroma, reminiscent of a lemon soda, or even Sprite. The buds are incredibly sticky and have grown well, although the plant remains very compact. Next week, I will keep using the wooden plant stakes with wire to support the plant and continue the LST gently, but I will soon remove them. In addition to the regular fertilized watering, I am also giving tap water from the bottom, both of which are well absorbed. In the video, you can see the trichomes clearly and also get a good size comparison of the buds.

Not much to report this week. The plant remains largely unchanged, though the buds are thickening, they aren’t as dense as I had hoped. Trichomes are visible, and the scent remains intensely lemony with earthy undertones. Next week, I’ll be removing the plant stakes.

This week, I removed the plant stakes used for LST. Unfortunately, the LST didn’t work as effectively as with the other plants, but it’s still better than nothing. The plant is quite bouncy and resembles more of an ornamental shrub or boxwood than cannabis. The smell is quite strong, especially noticeable given the current weather, and remains very fruity and lemony. The buds are extremely sticky and covered in trichomes, but they aren't as compact as hoped. Next week, I plan to defoliate and see what further trimming can be done. From now on, I will stop fertilizing and water only with tap water, with a pH range between 7.20 and 7.45. This week, I did not water, as the plant is not drinking much due to its size.
