Journal Update! I have recorded everyday but have fell behind two weeks on here. My apologies. I had hoped to see a Fast Buds 420 comment by now lol. 6/21/2024 Day 30 Temp: 79 F RH: 66% VPD: 1.14kPa Plant #1 Height: 28 inches Plant #2 Height: 18.5 inches 6/24/2024 Day 33 Temp: 79 F RH: 67% VPD: 1.10kPa Plant #1 Height: 29 1/2 inches Plant #2 Height: 23 1/2 inches 1/2 inches from the light. The reservoir is dry. There's bud sites everywhere now. It really would be good for us to defoliate. I tried to use the bud training clips and broke a branch then suspended it so it could repair itself. We may be past the point of no return on some of these but tomorrow I will come in and I will defoliate, and then I will give a healthy top dress and water the reservoir because the bud sites are starting to develop quicker. There is a little bit of drying in the leaves where the fan has been blowing on it repeatedly. So I think we'll raise the oscillating fan up a hair then try and get some of the pressure off of it. 6/25/2024 Day 34 Temp: 79 F RH: 67% VPD: 1.10kPa Plant #1 Height: 30” inches Plant #2 Height: 25” inches Light distance is 13.5” and 17” respectively. Flower is in full effect. I put 2 gallons of distilled water with all 3 Rootwise products (1 tsp of each and 10ml bio-phos) and 1 tsp of the Q. 3/4 gallons of BAS Build-a-flower and two handfuls of Kashi. Too late for the bud clips. I removed three fan leaves and put two clips on one branch to experiment with plant 3. I raised the light 3 clicks and flipped the Earthbox to better access the reservoir. A FLY FLEW IN THE ROOM! I swatted at him and stopped seeing him but not certain he is gone.

Very exciting, happy growing, looking forward to follow your progress. I always wanted to plant on soil, but coco is so convenient for indoor, I know it's only excuses. Glad you mentioned the auto pod system, did not know I wanted that 😂 At the Moment I am using an drip irrigation system that is mounted directly on top of the reservoir, but I had a lot of issues, automated moisture sensors suck, never saw a functional system, even the capacitive ones, they just drift over time, no way an Arduino will work reliability with that. Also the plants tend to stick their fingers into the cookie jar, as their roots will grow straight into the reservoir, turning my drip irrigation into a full blown deep water system. Luckily aerating the tank always protected me against root rot.

@DaddyGreenThumb, thank you I appreciate you checking in on me. Day 53 today and I got my journal caught up. They are so pretty and I have been so fortunate not to deal with any issues, deficiencies or anything really. My biggest issue has been defoliation and late LST. I want to remove fan leaves but am a firm believer in them needing to be around to catch those rays. I’ve taken a few off but by bit to help focus energy on the tops without stunting growth. We shall see in the end!

@RegularWizardCo, i feel you, growing can take a lot of time from you so choosing a style that fits your needs is super important! I also work with light living soil/organic because its easy, fun and works so well! Still waiting for your harvest details🙃 cheers from Germany

@Falscher_Hase_069, Thank you so much! It took me months to decide how I was going to grow but when I landed on BAS Earthbox grow, I knew that was it. It had to be automated enough I could just check on them once a day if need be. My schedule with family, kids, work, sports is too much to try and learn any other way. It has been an amazing experience. I am done and curing so I will post the last entries for the journal tomorrow at the latest. Smells wonderful and my harvest was bigger than expected! I am lucky it went the way it did. I had issues arise and it was awesome learning experience. I am hooked 100%. Thanks again!

@gottagrowsometime, I appreciate the love! I thought maybe it stretched a bit farther than I wanted but I know the bud sites will fill the length of the stalk. This plant just beasts out and is constantly surprising me. Looking forward to the finish line for sure.
