Hey growmie was geht ab bei dir? It's not a requirement that the trichomes have an amber colour for you to harvest, it's a matter of taste and what kind of high you are looking for, i personally prefer them milky with a few clear ones for a high and milky with a few amber for a more complicated stoned feeling or mostly amber with some milky for a relaxed and sleepy effect.
