First Grow Ever - 420 FastBuds Purple Banana Punch Automatics in a cabinet

EgoGrow All 7 seeds managed to germinate well in a glass of water. I then placed them about 15mm deep in BioBizz Light Mix, covered them and watered them lightly with a spray bottle (pure water only). We are at the end of the first week and as you can see, only one of the babies seems to be lagging behind (big pot on right). Ironically, I had the impression that this one had germinated particularly well. This is my first grow, up until now I've only been able to read along. Unfortunately I'm not fully equipped yet, but I just wanted to finally get started and maybe even notice what I still need and what I don't while growing. I got the stuff I'm currently using from my brother, who started using it 3 years ago but had to stop. I have no control over the humidity, the tent is about 100x50cm and I initially protected the young plants a little with glasses of water, today I'm laying them out and hoping for the best!
