Plants are officially within the 8-12 in. range and so were induced into the flowering stage on Monday of this week/the first day of week 7. Plants were pruned on Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday (the defoliation method was applied for plants 2 & 3, while the topping method was applied for plant 4). The light schedule has now transitioned to 12 hours of light overnight (10PM-10AM), with no light during the daytime (10AM-10PM); this is due to hot summer weather conditions and is the best way to control the temperature inside the tent. Watering performed on Tuesday and Sunday of this week. Ideal temperature range at this time is between 70-80 degrees F, with an ideal humidity of 50-60% (target VPD is 0.8-1.2 kPa during the early flowering stage). The AC Infinity tent is great to work with and easy to control for monitoring and adjusting these settings as needed. However, a separate dehumidifier has also been added to the room to control humidity. The pH listed above is an average of Sunday's calculated pH's; please see below for each plant's specific pH.
Tuesday's Watering:
Plant 2 - 1 gallon of water (pH: 5.60) - 1 tsp/gal of Bergman's Flowertime Fertilizer
Plant 3 - 1 gallon of water (pH: 5.36) - 1 tsp/gal of Bergman's Flowertime Fertilizer
Plant 4 - 1 gallon of water (pH: 5.22) - 1 tsp/gal of Bergman's Flowertime Fertilizer
Sunday's Watering:
Plant 2 - 1.5 gallons of water (pH: 5.35) - 1 tsp/gal of Bergman's Flowertime Fertilizer
Plant 3 - 1.5 gallons of water (pH: 5.58) - 1 tsp/gal of Bergman's Flowertime Fertilizer
Plant 4 - 1.0 gallons of water (pH: 5.38) - 1 tsp/gal of Bergman's Flowertime Fertilizer
***"General Hydroponics" pH UP solution was added, with the aim of increasing the pH to the 5.8-6.5 range (1.5 ml per plant - mixed in with the nutrient/water mix).
