Tropicolada Triploid

Harvested just the tops today - trichomes in the top buds were ~20% amber. Lower down trichs were a mix of clear and cloudy so left the bottom half of the plant. Hoping those ripen up with the extra light during the next week and maybe fatten up some as well. Tops were very dense and frost coverage looked good. Not sure if it's the new light or the genetics but these buds were a lot less larfy than previous grows. Bud structure was rather annoying to trim - buds are right next to the stems and are hard to buck off without chopping the main stems. I put 12 of the biggest/best tops in a DIY Cannatrol (wine fridge with a dehue) for drying, I'm curious to see how that experiment turns out. The rest of the tops I trimmed off fan leaves, chopped the tips off burnt sugar leaves, bucked the buds off, and fresh froze for making hash. I'm VERY curious to see how this one washes given that it's mixed THC, THCV, CBD and CBDV. Going to wash for full spectrum (45u-160u) and try to maximize yield. Since this will be low THC I'm looking forward to being able to hit fat, terpy dabs without getting 100% boinked.
