bad start to the week:
i woke up to very strong winds and the bigger plant was in a 45 degree angle in the soil instead of 90 degree but the stem wasnt bent/didnt brake.
Lesson learned: putting a plant up hing unprotected against wind might give it stats like direkt sun +5 but windresistance -20 (at least on my balcony)
Bad start to the week:
I woke up to very strong winds, and the bigger plant was at a 45-degree angle in the soil instead of 90 degrees. However, the stem wasn't bent or broken.
Lesson learned: placing a plant high and unprotected against wind might give it stats like direct sun +5 but wind resistance -20 (at least on my balcony).
I see some light signs of either nutrient burn or potassium deficiency (in my uneducated opinion), and since it's easier to fix underfeeding than overfeeding, I just gave plain water.
I wonder if those two auto plants are actually both NL since they look very different (20 cm height difference) and one seems to be much further into the flowering process. But it might also be just a different phenotype. I just hope they will be ready for harvest by the end of June.
It is still cold enough at night to make at least one plant turn a little bit purple.
I hope removing that many leaves last week doesn't stunt the small autoflower too much and that both autoflowers start fattening up those buds. I hope to harvest around 30g from both plants combined.
I will try to build a foil greenhouse on my balcony at somepoint in the future so I won't run into problems of overwatering and wind again.
It's still early in the week, and I will continue to update.
Feel you mate, started my balcony grow start of april and getting sun during may/june was the biggest challenge (yield was small). Overall your plants look nice and thumbs are pressed, that next week's sun will fatten up your girls.
