Today i Defoliated them just before watering, one photo shows the tallest one before defoliating another one after it, the other photos shows the other 2 after defoliating and the overall view after defoliating.
( I didnt want them to defoliat hardcore, i just did a bit to avoid Pop Corn Buds and to improve the Airflow to prevent Mold)

@VAmulasmoke, I have done it with the "Apexel 200" you can buy it from aliexpress for up to 10 euros (Just when you never have purchased anything from there, you will get a "welcome discount" for your first item to buy).
@Chr_Fo, The first Time i was watering them normal from above ( I do this at every repotting) but after the first Time i drowned them everytime they dried out and i have a kitchen scale which counts up to 2KG so i knew the weight before watering and the weight after they got the Water.
