@GrowAndSmoke, sorry for the delay... My light is about 18"/35cm above my canopy at 100% , this is about 900/1000 ppfd ,18h on 6h off.

hi, because you asked, you get my " 20 cents" too- depending in the size of pots for automatics my girls feeling r´the best in pots between 11 and 18l, i tried 30l but in my eyes it blocked to much space in the room and i could not see benefits
