Here is my Grow Report for the Easy Bud from Royal Queen Seeds. This is my first grow, and I am doing it in a 60x60 cm (24x24 inch) grow tent. I chose this strain because it is known for being very easy to grow. In the meantime, I have acquired some seeds from Fast Buds, which I plan to use for my next grow.
I intentionally decided to grow just one plant instead of the three plants now allowed in Germany. I wanted to focus on this single plant for my first attempt. Given that my tent is 1.60 meters (5.25 feet) high, I opted for a relatively large pot with a 22-liter (5.8-gallon) capacity.
I filled the pot with pre-fertilized tomato soil since I had a 20-liter (5.3-gallon) bag at home. The seed was germinated for 24 hours between two moist paper towels before being planted in the soil on April 18, 2024.
The seedling emerged on April 21, 2024.
The first week was quite uneventful. The light intensity was set to approximately 20 watts and positioned about 30 cm (12 inches) away. Exhaust and fans were not used yet.
The light was increased to about 40 watts in week three, and a slight odor was already noticeable. Approximately 300 ml (10.1 ounces) of water was given every two days.
In the fifth week, the pre-flowering stage began. The first leaves at the bottom were removed because I am currently facing the problem of excessively high humidity in the basement.
In week 6, I noticed the beginning of a nutrient deficiency. I started using BioBizz Bio Bloom as an organic fertilizer, dosing it at 1 ml per liter. On the last day of week 6, I removed more leaves and budding sites since little light was reaching the lower parts. The plant is now 85 cm (33.5 inches) tall and fills the entire area of the tent. Currently, it receives approximately 4 liters (1.06 gallons) of water every 4 days.
Switched to 24h light because of crazy weather conditions and i want to control a little bit the humidity. I just let her grow - removed the bigger leaves so all buds get enough light.
