Candy Cream Go Fast

KannaGrowing We are in the first week of vegetative growth, as the previous one is known as germination week. The plants are starting to show the first true leaves above the cotyledons. Be careful that the relative humidity of the air isn't too low; ideally, it should be around 65%. At this stage, we only water gently with water every 5 days or so. * One of the plants hasn't grown properly, so I'm going to remove it.

KannaGrowing We started fertilizing our plants, corresponding to week 2 of the chart. Remember that the germination week doesn't count as vegetative. We mixed 4ml per liter of Grow-Soldier by JUJU Royal BioBizz and 1ml per liter of Green-Mystic by JUJU Royal BioBizz. A total of 10 liters, 5 of osmosis water and 5 of tap water, mixed with 40ml and 10ml of the fertilizers. We adjusted the pH with BIO regulators if necessary and watered all the pots. This way, we will provide the necessary nutrients for our plants to feed on the coconut substrate.

KannaGrowing This week, we added CALMAG from BioBizz to our watering solution. It's a source of calcium and magnesium since we work with demineralized and osmosis water, which practically contains no nutrients. We're also continuing to incorporate the additives we explained last week, and together with CALMAG, it will be our routine during the vegetative phase. Grow Soldier + Green Mystic + CALMAG. We also set up an LED light, which next week will house part of our grow.

KannaGrowing This week we selected the most advanced plants from our grow to place them under the new LazerLite Pro 720 LED light from The Pure Factory, with the power adjusted to 50%. We made sure that all four strains are represented under the LED and under the HID lamps, so we can see the differences between the two systems. We continue with our fertilization routine for the vegetative phase using Grow Soldier + Green Mystic by JUJU Royal and CALMAG from BioBizz. At the end of the week, we changed the light cycle to 12/12 Flowering.

KannaGrowing This week, it's time to transplant, as the 1.4L substrate has been colonized by the roots. We use 4L fabric pots, filling them 50% with COCO KAYA and ALLMIX from BioBizz. We do it this way because one of the things I've experienced in this first stage is that the coconut substrate has very little nutrients, and any mistake in fertilization becomes noticeable very quickly. After the transplant, we place stakes in our plants to help support the weight of the buds. We continue with the fertilization schedule and add Flowa Bloom from JUJU Royal to our solution. When transplanting to larger pots, it's necessary to turn on the fourth light fixture.

KannaGrowing This week, the stretching has already concluded, and the plants have reached a considerable height. It's time to do a low pruning so that the energy concentrates on the upper part, which is where we want it. Plus, with this technique, we make watering easier. It's also time to replace the lamps with warmer ones (color temperature or Kelvin degrees). We continue with the fertilization schedule of JUJU Royal by BioBizz.

KannaGrowing We're in full flowering now and the lights are at max power... Obviously, the air conditioning is also working during the lighting phase. Flowa-Bloom is the star nutrient to incorporate, but they're all important... So I follow JUJU Royal's feeding chart to the letter. That said, I first moisten the substrate well with water to make the most of the nutrient solution and prevent it from leaking through the fabric pots. I water every four days.

KannaGrowing I'm in full flowering, so it's time to replace the lamps with some 2000ºK units, meaning warmer ones. We're continuing with the watering based on the fertilization chart from JUJU Royal by BioBizz. We're monitoring the total consumption in the room, as with these temperatures I have to keep the air conditioning on during the daytime and turn off the extraction. Remember that one of the lights is the Led LazerLite Pro 720w by The Pure Factory. Air Conditioning at max power 24h without extraction.

KannaGrowing We are in the week where we stop using fertilizers and switch to watering only with water, this way a leaching of the roots occurs and the plant starts to feed on its own reserves. We will see how little by little the lower leaves start to yellow and lose chlorophyll and remnants of nutrients that are spread throughout the stems and leaves. This is exactly what we are interested in, thoroughly washing out the fertilizer residues and having the plant generate as much resin as possible. Also, a few days ago we set the air conditioning to max power for 24 hours and completely stopped the extraction. In the middle of August, the room is at 22ºC during the daytime and at 18ºC during the nighttime. We also connected a dehumidifier to lower the relative humidity as much as we can.

KannaGrowing The time has come to reduce the light power of our fixtures to the max... Both LED and Sodium. We water only with water and just enough to prevent our plants from dehydrating. Some strains are ready, especially the Fast Versions, while others need a few more days. Also, within the strains, we have specimens that are more advanced than others, which is why the harvest will be done in stages. We disconnected the air conditioning and turned the extraction up to the max.

KannaGrowing The dry weight of the strain is 280 grams in total. 20 plants under a light fixture in one square meter. Remember that this is a 100% organic grow.
