Week 2, no complications, except that the stems are starting to get red/purpleish. I thought about the Water PH, but i had no accurate mesuring method, only cheap Amazon PH-Tests. My Water is around 7,2 and i added some citric acid to lower it to approx. 6-7.
Online, you can find various causes for red stems. It's hard to evaluate that correctly as a beginner like me.

@THCRICK, I will upload some pictures soon - i was super annoyed by that hermi shit, that i stopped updating my report :D. Im Pretty sure im having a so called "True-Hermie", not Nanners.
i did cut of like 5 collars, which was a big mistake. Cause once the pollensacks opened its anyway too late. I see some seeds developing here and there, but the majority (at least i hope) will be seed-free.
