Both girls are doing great outdoors. Planted the same day as the indoor plants in hydro all getting the same notes & all lived under LED grow lights for the first few weeks.
I’m wondering why there’s such a huge difference in development. The indoor hydro girls are quite bushy but seem to be stuck at preflowering. I’ll give them another week or so before trying to change indoor lighting to 12/12 & hopefully nudge them along into flowering.
Started adding Grow More Hawaiian Bud 5-50-17 an excellent bud hardener, very cost effective since a little goes a long way.
Bothe ladies are looking very healthy
The apex bud on one of the girls has split into three, this is not due to to any intervention on my part but rather a natural mutation.
The three ladies I’ve got growing indoors are still hanging in preflower mode.
It’s been a hellish few weeks with the temps climbing to over 100F several days in a row and averaging in the high nineties over-all. Keeping the girls well hydrated and in partial shade during the hottest hours of the day to be safe. Last year I lost two beautiful 8 ft tall ladies during the mid August heatwave, not gonna repeat those mist
The ladies are both heading for the home stretch now, each showing of her unique traits. Fluffy airy buds on one girl and juicy thick, and hard buds on her sister. Same nute and light diet for both so I’ll chalk the differences up to phenotypes
