Ive used it on 2 grows now its working as far as I can tell not sure its worth the money it costs but I had a bunch of free samples
Used it cause I had it if I'm being honest its like carb load for your plant there are a lot of the same things out there and you can make it your self a lot cheaper but it works fine I guess

These are Auto Flowers they grow out from seed in 8 to 12 weeks depending on the strain and breeder I grew them under one ES180 from https://thegreensunshineco.com/ref/26/ best light ive ever used and cheap as heck to run less then $25 a month game changing tech here if you like what you see PM me for info on the lights I used and how to get a discount Happy growing Guys and Gals
