Having another go at this Slurricane, really enjoyed the first run 😸
I’ve chucked two seven week old clones in and a clone I’d kept as a mother that was a month or so older. Decided she’d give me a fair yield so she went in as well.
The smaller clones were only repotted a few days ago, but they should have settled by the next update.

I’d forgotten how much this Pheno stretches 🤦♂️.
I’ve had to drop the two untopped plants down to floor level as they were getting way too tall.
All three plants are continuing to develop at a good rate.
This pheno definitely grows better when it’s had a bit of training done.

Having to water them every 1-2 days, I’d forgotten how much of a heavy feeder this strain is 🤷♂️🤦♂️
I’ve had to tie up a few branches on the taller clones to help support them.

All three plants are continuing to develop at a good rate. This will be the last week that they receive any nutrients, then I plan on flushing them for another couple of weeks.
The buds feel pretty solid to the touch already and are very resinous.
This particular pheno has a lovely sweet & Gassy aroma.

They have all stopped receiving nutrients and as of today started their flush.
Il start checking trichomes next week.

Harvested these Ladies on day 67 of flower.
All three plants grew well, this particular pheno definitely produces better when topped and trained.

Had to harvest these Ladies a bit earlier than I’d have liked to, it feels like this is becoming a recurring theme 🤷♂️ it’s hard juggling this hobby with work!
They’ve had just shy of two weeks flushing, was just starting to see a fade coming on. Could have easily gone on for another week or so.
Id already harvested the two untopped plants prior to taking the pictures.
All three plants grew well, feel like I may have slightly underfed them. These were probably the biggest clones of this pheno I’ve grown and I didn’t scale up my feeding to properly accommodate this.
That being said, I’m happy with the end result 😻
All the buds feel dense to the touch, super frosty!!
She’s got a really gassy smell with a slight fruity/grape edge.
It’s lovely 😻
I cut the plants up and gave them a quick trim. I ended up filling 4 hangers.
I’m aiming for between 8-10 days drying, then a final manicure session.
It’ll all be stored in glass mason jars for ‘curing’ never lasts long enough though 🤦♂️

Honestly though, I feel like I’ve underfed these S7 clones 🤦♂️ I’m not used to growing plants that get so big and I didn’t scale up my feeding regime to accommodate that.
Hence all the purpling on the stems and how the buds haven’t filled out as much as last time 🤷♂️
It’s all a learning curve 😸

I try getting away with using the bare minimum when it comes to nutrients. There’s a couple of reason for this, mainly because I’m running multiple strains and they all want for different mixes. I found that if they all get slightly weaker mixes I run into less issues down the line.
My mates keeps trying to get me to use that Athena brand of nutrients, but I get alright results with what I’m using 🤷♂️
I’ve started using this brand called Growers Ark that are slightly cheaper than Canna, but works just as good. I still use the Canna A+B though as my base.
Sehr gute Sorte. Braucht bis zu 65 Tage. Kann es sein das deine LED nicht genug Power hat. Hast du mal den PPFD gemesen und das Spektrum verglichen.. Ich sehe nur das du mehr Potenzial als Grower hast. Es würde sich lohnen hier ein upgrade wirlich lohnen den bis auf das sehen deine Ladies immer gut und gesund aus. Auch den Dünger hast du super im griff.
Du kannst die alte LED immer als Veg Bleuchtung benutzen. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen wenn ich so was schreibe ich möchte nur helfen.

The error is partly mine, partly grow diaries 😅
When I started this diary it kept adding that 300w led light to my description 🤷♂️🤦♂️
I actually run a Maxibright Daylight 660w LED in that tent, I generally only run it at 75% due to new plants being added at regular intervals (to reduce light stress on the newer plants)
I’ve also got a 60w UVA in fill light, but it’s rare I use it. I’ve only used that on two grows when I was running a single strain that was stable.
I’ve got a 830w Dio Tech LED light in my second flowering tent so light isn’t my main priority 😸
I was originally trying to pheno hunt a couple of decent mother plants to run continuously, but instead I kept buying more genetics to try out and here we are 😸
I just like trying out new genetics. It’s of little concern if a plant doesn’t yield much, in my experience you won’t see the best out of a plant until you’ve run it at least three times 🤷♂️ not something I get to do much, I grow too many strains and don’t have enough space.

I’m sure in the future when I’m running big groups of individual strains, you’ll definitely see an improvement in the quality I’m producing 👌

Not using enough calmag brother . That's the issue . Up your calmag to 0.8ec and then add a and b for the rest of your available ec. for starting them right from seedling . You need to keep the coco buffered or you'll get get yellow and droopy new growth. About two weeks into flower you can drop the calmag ec back to about 0.7 and replace that 100ec with a and b
Thank me later dude . I grow 6-13oz autos per plant so just trust me bro give it a shot next grow .
