Sux you had to move her outdoors, might stress her out with the uv change. Hope she pulls through. The yellow leaves could be a nitrogen deficiency, if you're on a budget toss some coffee grounds on the top of your soil before watering.
Did you put potting soil in the hole you dug or did just plant it in the dirt?
