Hello. Well you could be over watering a bit. I can't see how big the container is that she is in, but you should be getting close to transplant time. What is the next size bucket you are going to put her in, 3 gallon or so?
Also, you might want to try to up the humidity level by putting a bowl with some water and a washcloth next to her (think soaked washcloth), as more humidity will help her grow at this stage.
