Mo_Powers this grow is an experiment.
i am trying to operate a grow tent self-sufficiently.
the power for the electronic devices comes from a solar system. i am testing the whole thing in the summer to be able to better understand the exact consumption and if everything goes well, i can also grow in the winter. the setup looks like this:
200 W Solar panel
Anker 535 Kompakte Power Station
a 20€ LED full spectrum Lamp from amazon
Tent: Secret Jardin DP60
Oscillating table fan
----------------------------------------------------------
the fan and the light have a consumption of 12 watts
i let the light run 12 hours and the fan 24.
---------------------------------------------------------
i´m going to use a 1L airpot with biobizz light mix
and the seed is from cookies, sponsored by a friend
this is going to be a mini grow
---------------------------------------------------------
🙌😃

Mo_Powers the experiment continues. unfortunately it went up too fast, i'm trying to tie it down a bit. at least it's still alive and i hope it will stay alive for the next week.😅😇

Mo_Powers unfortunately it doesn't make any progress at all. i think the lamp doesn't have enough power. i covered it with soil underneath the leaves, but will that help? i also moved the lamp closer.
the experiment with converting the sun's energy to create an artificial sun is surreal. it would probably have been better to use the sun directly. but it's supposed to be an indoor grow.

Mo_Powers the experiment has officially failed. to produce good growth i would have needed at least 20w lamps. but that's not possible for 12 hours with the solar setup i have, especially with the changeable weather in germany. i have now put it in the greenhouse and hope that it will grow into something. i'm not giving up hope.

Mo_Powers she won't give up. i have the feeling that she wants to show me what strength she has. i'm definitely looking forward to it. she has gained a few centimetres, from next week she will go outside completely.

Mo_Powers she has adapted very well to the change. a good increase in growth. she is now getting bio-grow from biobizz. and a little support. i am thinking of trimming her next week. i think she will be strong enough then.

Mo_Powers it is healthy and the buds grow vigorously. so far it has withstood wind and weather. it grows in a 1 litre pot. it is more of a minigrow. but it performs very well for the conditions.

Mo_Powers unfortunately she is not doing so well. she has produced some buds, but i think she will end up with about 2-4 grams. unfortunately she also got powdery mildew. i tried to remove it as good as possible. but it is not long until the harvest.
i somehow expected more. not all seeds are suitable for outdoor growing. i think for indoor growing and under perfect conditions she will perform well.

Mo_Powers unfortunately it got mildew in the last few weeks, the german weather didn't do it any good. i had to harvest it earlier than planned. i knew it wouldn't be huge with a 1 litre pot, but i still expected more. i'm looking forward to the smoke and the flavour.
wow i agree, i would have expected more
bt it is like you say- for outdoors is the choice of the right genetics the key
iam havin 3 good strains for outdoors, and i try every year new ones, but ost fail in getting ready in time
fast flowering is a key
and well acclimated plants like shaman from dutch passion, frisian duck frisian dew,
honey cream from RQS is my absolute favourite ,
pls check my diaires of the outdoor season, then you may see, what iam talking about
