Basically you want to hit the right ratio of humidity and temperature , what you can do to make that happen at this stage is to put a clear plastic cup over the seedling so it traps the humidity inside and helps the seedling grow. Yup, as advised, keep air temp and humidity up while she veges. As she matures and flowers, lower humidity and cooler night temps are preferred.
Whatever your water source, its pH is likely consistent. Test it, and again post nutrients, once you start adding them, and adjust to a good range low to mid 6. No need to obsess, but do keep an eye on pH. It’s your first line of defense if something appears amiss.
pH test paper is cheap. A meter is almost cheap at $13 and works great for a year or so.
