NL Auto Divine Seeds Auto Comp *2nd entry* - Northern Lights
I Soaked the seed and planted into a peat pellet. Put it in a propagation dome for 3 days until the seedling was sprouted and then planted into 20L grow bags.
The pellet was pretty saturated at the time so only added abit of water around the planting hole
1st light Saturation of the top soil was with Bacillus thuringiensis serotype israelensis (Bti), this is to protect the young plant from any fungus gnat larvae. Also I notice boosted vitality when applying at any stage of growth.
Next update will be when we start week 1 of veg🤞🏽.
So far so good, new growth coming in nice and quickly. The final pot's soil has already been amended so hopefully she has everything she needs to keep her momentum and get a good size.
I attempted the ponytail tail method as it seemed least likely to stunt the plants veg growth. there was a slight effect on the growth that was tied up but over all it wasn't too bad and the lower branches did pop out abit. there
is one photo to compare with the untrained sister.
At around day 10 of veg she and the two sisters looked like they were ready to start going into flower
Pistils are forming and the final pots have already been prepared for this stage of growth.
Just increasing the waterings as needed (filtered tap water)
Plants structure is set and she can focus on building some flower🤞🏽
overall looking good, nice and chunky compared to her slender sister.
Very stable genetic, abit of pressure from thrips but shes holding out🙏🏽
autos in the veg space is definitely something I will keep doing
Her foliage starting to look a bit rough but her buds still flourishing. Very strong smell and resin looks great! impressed by this plant for sure.
Ending off week 7 (day 45) of this plants life cycle and she looks to be on her last push, smell is pungent!
Approaching harvest and this plant is really impressing. Lots of resin, smell is really strong and she has been easy to grow. No PM or mould and she spent her whole cycle in my vegging area.
Enjoy the photos, hopefully harvesting in the new week🙏
Day 47 - last night under the lights, taking her out just before sunrise to get a look at her in natural light then i will be cutting her down🙏
Thanks for joining on the journal, hope to do a few more stuff from Divine seeds based on how much I enjoyed growing these plants out. Competition was a blast, thank you!!🙌
