Entering week 2 of Bloom ,
I saw some leaves get bit.
Ordered some Neem oil that will arrive on Monday. I will spray the leaves, the stems and a bit of the the surface of the coco perlite mix
I hope that will fix the problems.
This grow is challenging me a lot more that more previous first grow. Which I did in soil.
I’m also not really sure about how often I should add nutrients and how often I should clean it.
Let’s see what the future brings.
Peace
Edit week 9 :
Today I sprayed them with neem oil . All the leaves and stems. I also sprayed a little on the top of the soil.
I hope that will solve the problem with the insects.
I will update you guys in the next days.
Happy growing.
I think you are still good, the plants should start stretching as they enter blooming, be prepared to do some LST to keep them from touching your lamp.
I guess you gave too much fertilizer, the leaves in week 7 look too dark and shiny (or is because of the neemoil). You should have started fertilizing earlier with a little less than Advanced Nutrients specifies. Maybe this made the soil a little more acidic. I also fertilize with Advanced Nuts and started fertilizing from week 2 with half as stated.
Did you mix the soil yourself? How much Light u give them (PPFD)?
The autopod system only waters the plant above Automatically?
@Schnabeldino,
Hey, I use the fertilization schedule as directed by advanced nutrients. Maybe you are right , i will reduce it little bit. Im using a coco perlit 50/50 mix. I cant really tell you the PPFD. But the lamp is currently running at 200W. The Autopot system is a bottom feeding system.
