Dropped seed into plastic cup (with holes in bottom for drainage) filled with damp soil and covered with about a half inch of dirt. Covered the cup with plastic and left somewhere warm. After seedling sprouted I put it into the tent and set up my automations. Using the app was way easier to set this up. Initially I used a seedling recipe that was preloaded, but quickly found out I wanted more customization. I currently have the light and little fan going at level 3 for 18/6. ChatGPT told me to hang the light about 30 inches above the plant to get around 400 ppfd. I trust it. The exhaust fan is on its own automation to turn on whenever the temp gets above 81 f, or the humidity gets above 71%. The plant was watered a week after seed was dropped, and I have kept a wet towel under cup in tent to help create humidity.
Kept humidity and light schedule the same. Watered twice, and just today turned the lights up to 50% with 7 hours remaining in the 18 hour cycle. I also increased oscillating fan speed to 5. Pinched off growth above third node. Probably fucked something up. First grow, will see what happens. Transplanted into 3 gal pot and watered 18 jul. didn’t get picture of root ball but it looked pretty filled out and was peeking out from the bottom of the red cup. Let’s get into veg week 2.
48 hours after top stem below damage doubled in size and growth forming.
Three days later getting some great growth, and an additional two branches from the topping formed out the top of the original stem. See photos
27 jul: Let plant grow all week. Watered twice, once with recharge. Trimmed bottom growth that was blocked from light. Going to let it grow and just water for another week. 1 aug: turned light down to 30%. I have nothing but time to look at this thing and it seemed to be cupping from light stress. Maybe I’m baked, but everything I’ve done so far seems to have worked just fine.
Topped the middle branches to let the outside catch up. want her 10-12 inches before flipping. Plant itself healthy and great for a first timer so far.

Moved fan in tent and set it up for flower this week. Dropped light distance some. I didn’t want to blast the light at 100%, so I just moved it down closer. I’m about 12 inches about the plant at 70%. It’s responding well and I’m going to try bumping up to 80% at 12 inches. Watered with recharge once this week and another regular watering. Lights switched to 12/12 day 45. Plant was 22”x22”x9”. Say something so I can see what you’re growing too! Thanks
First week of flower. Added Dr Earth and watered with recharge once. Plant takes .75 gal of water every other day or so. Light 80% 10” from canopy. Been plucking leaves here and there daily but took a bunch today. Will pull suckers off again next week. ✌️
Just watered and adjusted the light distance as this plant has stretched. I feel it’s stretching a lot for an indica, but I know nothing cause this is my first grow. Any tips would be great. Thanks!
2 Sep 24 cut plant down. Was a herm. See photos. Looks like premium cultivars feminized seeds are herms.
