Looks good, but I would not cut any leaves.
The leaves are making all of the plants' energy that it needs to grow those flowers.
Light will penetrate leaves and strike "shaded" flower anyhow.

You are doing great!
The only tip I can give you is to hang the fan lower and let the wind blow just above the top of your plant. Let the fan blow straight forward and do not point it down and let the wind blow from above your plant.
Just a small detail, next to that you are doing an amazing job!
