I’ve not really been on top of this diary for this grow.
It’s kinda hard to come up with things to write when you just plan and they grow.
They’re just on water now as they’re nearly ready to harvest.
I think the only thing I’ve learned, is that growing in my shed isn’t ideal as the temps are too hard to control.
I know this before I started but 🤷🏼♂️
For help with the shed heat conflict, use a hps. This will hold heat and warmth in winter under just a reflector wing, then when it gets warm 20' degrees c or higher, pop the hps in a colling tube, and run exhaust fan on full to extract 70% of radiated heat.
Also in winter, when lights are off, pop a heat mat under the drip liner of the tent (it will stay dry) this will cause warm air to rise and heat the tent.
I had same issues. But aslong as you exhaust to external (outside of shed one side,
And you intake just from the open netted air vent.
Make sure your shed has at least 2 air ports (holes in shed with plastic filter covers over)
Will allow for airflow through the shed and help with humidity ✌️
All the best bro hope these little bits help, it took me a year and 2 harvests too dial this in 😅✌️💚
Edit: also great choice of strains, RQS have banging reliability with their seeds. Fat banana is one of my favourites, have a look at how my purple
@Onandon, ah fair enough, of you have other space then brilliant 😁 I was unfortunately not that lucky last year, but now I've moved it's not too bad 😅. Best of luck with future grows 🤞💚
@pifflestikkz, thanks man, I appreciate the post. I usually grow inside the house buy thought I’d try in my large shed for a change. It’s been a weird summer with hotter and colder days than average so it’s hard to control temps.
If I’m honest, I also didn’t really choose the right strains to begin with.
Stress killer is robust so that’s fine, but the others are a bit meh
