Daviz_42 Hello, my name is David, and I've been growing for about 8 years. I've decided to start my first diary; I hope you like it and we can share knowledge and beautiful images.
I always germinate the seeds inside a tupper with damp paper underneath, then cover it with paper and moisten it again. I remove the excess water inside the tupper, and I like to leave the lid on top, but not closed. This way, it will maintain humidity but also have air and oxygen renewal. I always leave the tupper in a kitchen cabinet, as it stays at a temperature of 20 to 25 degrees, depending on the time of year.
It took 2-3 days to germinate, and all of them rooted 10/10. The Rainbow Melon and Lemon Mandarin are the two varieties with the most developed radicle. (I don't have photos since I decided to start the diary later.)

This week we switched to flowering 12/12, as I'm not so interested in a large yield, but rather being able to taste the terpene profile and choose the right phenotype to make selections and grow according to my preferences and taste.

Daviz_42 I'm happy with how these new feminized 42 fast buds are developing, a new line that's very resinous, with dense flowers full of resin. Some have an absolutely incredible smell, lemon mandarin is spectacular, it smells like tangerine, gorilla melon smells like freshly cut melon on a hot summer afternoon... reinbow melon has a sweet, earthy, and gassy aroma, paya sherbet smells like a sweet mix of papaya... we'll see how the terps are when smoking.

Daviz_42 As we can see, they are all ready for harvest or almost, in some I will have to select the pheno, since there are some that I liked more than others. Overall, a very different terpene in each variety and also the quality of the resin; generally a lot of resin, but for example, I have noticed that the trichomes of the Gorilla Melon are larger and oxidize more slowly, ideal for making extracts. On the other hand, the Reinbow Melon... that intense sweet terpene is almost overwhelming... I can't wait to try it... the Lemon Mandarin has an exaggerated mandarin smell; if you close your eyes and smell it, it feels like you're about to eat a good mandarin. And the Paya Sherbet has a sweet and very pleasant smell, but nothing that I can relate to completely yet... greetings and good smokes, fam.

Mucha resina de buena calidad, perfecta para hacer extracciones, el charas que recogía no era negro como el de las demás era más claro tirano a blanco, eso significa que las cabezas de los tricomas son más grandes y para extracciones es genial, un sabor inconfundible a gorilla y de regusto un toque a Melón fresco, muy bueno nada típico.

Daviz_42 Very good genetics, I kept pheno 1 since it had more resin and a better terp for my taste. Good hybrid, it doesn't leave you super flattened and offers an euphoric cerebral effect.

Cultive dos y las dos tenían rasgos muy parecidos, flores grandes y redondas con buena separación y resina, perfecto si tienes problemas de humedad, las dos con unos tonos rojizos, pero una de ellas (la que seleccione y verememos a fondo en el próximo cultivo) tiene un terpeno especial como a limon curado con queso y un trasfondo inconfundible de papaya... realmente tiene un terpeno muy único.

Daviz_42 A very productive strain with a sweet smell and flavor of Sherbet and papaya, an excellent combination, really good genetics, a bit of leaf on pheno1 but they are all full of resin... so great for the trim and to be able to make extractions later.

Daviz_42 Without a doubt, for lovers of the orange terpene, it's a clear winner; it's pure tangerine, citrusy, refreshing. I imagine an extraction with this genetic variety has to be incredible.
