Hey there! Leaves curling upwards and looking pale is often connected to cold temperature at night, sometimes in combination with overwatering, bc the soil cools down so much.
Nutrient burn is also expressed thru leaf-tips curling upwards.
If all of your information is correct (temp, light, humidity, etc.) and you fixed the problem, your plants should be starting to heal!
