Dealt with some nutrient burn with plant 2 after transplanting so it’s growth was stunted for a little more than week and a half but is slowly recovering but much smaller.
Plant 1 has been growing without any problems..
Plant 1 has been flourishing and is a lot more bushy than plant 2. Did some pretty decent trimming and fed them a teaspoon of (grow) lotus nutrients. Hoping to see how they recover within the next few days.
I’ve done light trimming on both 1&2 throughout the week with watering every 2-3 days. My biggest struggle is getting the humidity down. Currently have 2 small dehumidifier’s in grow tent with two fans and it’s not doing anything.. I just fed them 1 teaspoon of Grow lotus nutrients in a 2 gallon bucket and they’ve responded well.. switching to flower today 8/6/24. Will be adding another 100 watt grow light for flower and another fan.
Plant 1- since this plant didn’t have an overbearing amount of growth, I decided to defoliate most of it and just leave any bud sites that would continue to grow and produce buds.. after growth was removed and plant was fed nutrients it began shooting right up.. Will remove any fan leaves stopping sunlight from other bud sites Week 3 of flower.
Plant 2: this plant has been getting really bushy and did some light trimming in the beginning of the week but decided that I’ll just feed and let it grow until it’s time defoliate.. been feeding it lotus grow and bloom nutrients.
Trelli net was added this week.
Made the mistake of pruning one of the plants which caused it heavy stress, and might have ruined its harvest in the future… ( rookie mistake). The other plant has been growing perfectly with no issues.
Plant 1: since I defoliated this one way to early, I didn’t trim or take much of anything out because I caused it so much stress last week… I did clear some things out but wasn’t much… ive lowered the Ph from 7-7.2 to watering it with Ph 6-6.5.. it has responded pretty well.. It’s loving the Lotus nutrients and let’s just see this girl flourish.
Plant 2: I defoliated this plant a few days before it his the week 3 mark and it has responded really well! She’s been praying to the sun god all week and has just been flourishing! Can’t wait to see what she becomes!!
Thanks to all that check out my weekly posts! First time grower and have been learning a lot in my first experience. Definitely have made mistakes a long the way but all seems to prevail!! Past the halfway mark!
Watered 3 times this week. Keeping water ph around 6.5-6.8. Removed a few fan leaves blocking bud sites. But other than watering and light removing won’t be doing much to them the next few weeks… I’ll stay updated with photos weekly.
Haven’t touched them much besides to look and check them out… fed them lotus nutrients for the last time today… (Week 7 of flowering).
Both plants are Royal Runtz from RQS and have been grown and fed the same exact thing throughout the whole process…. The buds look crystally and healthy.. plant 1 has been having some issue which I’ve noticed the extremely light leaves but other than that she’s fed and buds are healthy so I don’t know… just gonna let her ride out..
