Never grow at 24/0, all cannabis plants NEED "sleep" for a correctly functioning metabolism. 18/6 is optimal. Plant looks over fed. Remember, baby plants need baby feeding and if you started with good quality amended soil to begin with, they should not need any feeding for the first 3-4 weeks and especially not as 1-2 week old seedlings and with large amounts of "Super Thrive" either. The other plant with the funny leaves will be just fine, quite often the first few sets of leaves can show all sorts of weird shapes for no reason at all, while the plant is still working out what life is all about. The newest leaves look great, so no need to be worried.
