Since I started growing I always heard about sour d and for sure I always wish to grow one day. Happy to say the day is here. I had so much success growing barneys farm beans in the past so why not one of the strains I wanted from them.. This run I really want to get high cbds strains and sour d from barneys is one of them. Let’s go
WWeek 2 starting well, transplanted it on day 15, started feeding when transplanted.. after 3 days they are looking well, now let’s gonna get bigger and bigger 💪🏼
Finally plants are answering well the transplant to the bigger pot. We can seen they started growing again and we hope it goes to the moon hehehe.. looks healthy 🙏🏼🙌🏼 let’s go..
End of week 4.. I did some lollipopping on the low branches, defoliation and some lst in order to get more light penetration..
Getting ready to flip to flower on the week ahead .. let’s gooo
Week 5 starting well, flipped to flowering yesterday so today is officially 1 day of flowering. I could let them vegging a little more however I am running out of time so I could not wait more. Let’s go
Week 2 of flowering starting.. plants are getting bigger and bigger.. I was with 3 plants in the tent and I had to remove one due lack of space .. let’s gonna fatten up these babyss
Day 58 - week 4 of flowering started.. day 22 of flowering.. Sour D is looking really nice, healthy, many branch sides, getting frosty, starting smelling, promising 🙌🏼..
Did some defoliation and lollipopped some lower branches and small buds, focusing on the most promising ones.. getting ready for the last weeks 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 lets go
Day 69 of cycle - day 32 of flowering… sour d is a stunning plant. The main cola is just beautiful and frosty.. smells really good.. the branch sides did not grow as much as the main cola but even though looks like is gonna produce nice flowers..
Can’t wait for her to finish up.. I stayed away for one week and all plants are still thriving.. happy days for me.. let’s fatten up as much as we can.. let’s goooo
Week 10 is been magical.. Sour D is showing really good smell, different one.. similar with one I smoked from the streets.. plant is a bit smaller than gelato just beside it but man, they both are reaching the stars.. my biggest plants ever.. so far Barneys farm is showing really good genetics in my hands.. let’s gooo
I will cut off silicon and big bud from next week on 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Day 83 of cycle - week 6 of flowering - Day 46 of flowering
Sour diesel is stunning.. the main bud is the biggest I have ever had.. is looking glorious 😍🍁💥 steong terps, different one and smells amazing.. can’t wait to finish up and smoke it.. last weeks of flowering and soon flushing it.. probably next week.. let’s go
Sour diesel is such a beautiful plant, with a robust structure and strong lime flavor.. full of terps.. the main bud looks a big rock.. might be the biggest main bud I ever had.. super frosty and definitely a genetic I will want to grow again.. can’t wait to harvest this baby.. I’m gonna flush it very soon, probably next watering.. plant is definitely going to the last weeks/days.. let’s go
Unfortunately what we never want to happen has happened with my baby.. bud rot.. on day 98 of cycle I found 1 bud with bud rot, cut it off, checked the plant and could not find more.. flushed the plant and wait next day to see how it goes. After 2 days main bud was identified with bud rot too.. so sad.. probably due high humidity in my environment + colder weather we are starting to have.. so on day 101 harvest it.. could go few more days to get more amber trichomes but decided to harvest it to avoid lose more buds .. I will keep watching it to see if no spread when drying :(
