Not much to say this week, just watering and enjoying her beauty, I started to lean her a bit to the side, nothing to hold her down just to let her start receiving light lower down. LST started yesterday, she seems to be responding well. I'll let her stay in vegetation for another 1 or 2 weeks at most. Tmasm Greetings. Well, the girl is growing sideways, as expected. Now she's starting to stretch, I'll give her another week before switching to 12/12h. Everything is going well, I want to start feeding her, but the leaves are still dark in color, my soil mix is very potent. The soil has the capacity to carry the plant to the end, I should add nutrients 3 to 4 times, just to boost the quality and size of future buds. Tmasm Greetings. Well, the girl is doing fine, I switched her to 12/12 hours about 4 days ago. She's been stretching like crazy. I don't really appreciate them stretching too much, I find it unnecessary, considering I cut all the popcorn buds. I'm not interested in that, I prefer to control her size and have good buds. Well, my flowering room is already in progress and the light is already at 12/12 hours, which makes her stretch. Normally, I gradually reduce the light hours, that way I control her growth. Tmasm Greetings. Well, I had a small problem with the girl, still keeping an eye on her. Well (she) had some male balls, since the seed comes from a bank, reliable for me. I concluded that it should have been moved to the flower room. Everything changed for her from one day to the next. I think that must have triggered stress, the cause of the problem. Following my thought, I cut the male balls and I'm keeping an eye on her every day. Well, no more have appeared, concluding that my thought must be right. I know it's a risk, given that the room has 6 more girls, but I'm not too worried. 1 because it seems controlled, 2 the other 6 girls are much more advanced, so they shouldn't be affected much if things go wrong. Tmasm Greetings. The girl is doing well, her buds are looking nice. I gave her a good pot of food, 😂 in the first weeks of flowering I like to feed her, until week 5/6. From then on, I'll reduce the frequency of nutrients and her confirmation. I'm glad I didn't cut my girl, she hasn't shown any more male signs, now I just have to wait to see if I cut the balls in time. She is getting some purple tones 🤩, I've been misting her with tap water, which has a high pH, the high pH and her genetics should turn purple in the end, we hope to see. I've been misting her because of spider mites in the room, I've kept the pest under control. But spider mites reproduce very quickly, you never really know what tomorrow will bring. I’ll start reducing nutrients, starting with week 0 nutrients for the next 2 waterings, then 1 watering with nutrients which will be her last with nutrients. I’ll give water from then on until the end of her life. Well, I’m starting to see beautiful buds 🤩, as usual I’m getting anxious, I just want it to be over already. Fat and firm buds like stone, she's really in the final stretch, most of the trichomes are milky, in just a few days, a week at most, she'll be cut. Unmatched quality from Dutch Passion, at its best, considering the plant is being grown in a room with no control, or very little, a cardboard room, half a dozen hanging lights, a fan, and an extractor. I don't even know if I can call it a grow room. Do some research on Dutch Passion, get to know a bit of its history.

She has such beautiful buds that it was a bit hard to cut her. There were spider mites in the room, but my girl wasn't affected. I added UV-C light to keep the pests under control, but I think my girl has few hairs, that must be why. Now in the last few days, she was alone, UV-C light off, hairs appearing. Well, it's not serious, she's full of resin, with a captivating smell, must have a power that scares 😄 I'm amazed by the quality of Dutch Passion. Well, every grower should have a day to plant direct genetics from Dutch Passion. Yes, because indirectly we've all tasted it, every seed bank in the world has a bit of Dutch Passion. I had her drying for 10 days hanging whole, plus 5 days wrapped in paper. I'm ready to start curing. She has beautiful buds, hard as stone, full of resin and a delicious smell, I did a small test, but still uncured, the taste is earthy with a fruity mix, simply delicious, waiting for it to cure.
