Hi your light is to strong and the plant alredy has some lightburns dimm back the lights, and girls will show a more relaxed picture ( the fanleaves showing hard lines) reducing some stress will let them look much beter, the damaged leaves will look wiórse, but the next set of leaves will look better if you dimm back the light

"I think the defoliation looks good to me now. Ideally, I want almost no light reaching the floor. Later on, I'll probably remove a few more leaves, one at a time, maybe 1-3 per day at most. If they’re getting crushed by the door or for some other reason, I'll remove them — but each leaf will have a reason for being taken off. Also, I like to keep one low branch, even if it’s small, just to see what happens with it

How long did you let the the first soil with Flo ferment? Mine is resting for about 4 weeks now and not sure if it's enough. The temperature of the soil is fine.
