Dang these girls are growing! Really healthy leaves and roots, and there are already hairs appearing at the bud sites, so quick veg cycle as well. The coolest thing is how these plants are growing compared to other strains. The branches are growing long and wide and laying out as if I was doing LST on them already. Some of the lower fan leaves got an odd brown patchiness on them, I'm guessing because of pH fluctuations last week. This week, after letting the buckets sit out and not adjusting the pH, there was a lot less adjustment to keep them in range. Additionally, I dropped my pH meter in the bucket this week so had to go back to old school indicator solution, and though it is not as accurate, I actually think just getting the water in the piss yellow range seems to work pretty well. I picked off the worst of the leaves. Weirdly, they stayed short and didn't grow out long stems to reach the light like usual, the regular cola stems grew longer instead. I'm interested to see where we grow from here! Changed bucket water yesterday and put in week 4 nutes. Buckets sat out for a few days after filling before nuteing and they were in pH range without adjustment.
