I've got my 2 babies in a 50/50 Happy Frog coco mix. they're gonna spend 2 weeks in solo cups before they get transplanted into there final 3 gallon pots.
On day 15 I transplanted my 2 girls into there 3 gal final pots. They're in a mix of 70/30 coco/perlite with Great White sprinkled on the roots before transplant.
started some low stress training on both plants on day 25 and have been cutting off all the fan leaves that are bigger than my hand. They're getting a 1L feeding every morning and a 1/2L feeeding late afternoon...no signs of deficiencies.
At the end of week 5 my girls have only gained 1 inch in height because of the LST I've been doing to create an even canopy. I've also been removing
all the giant fan leaves.
At the end of week 6 there standing in at 14" tall after some more bending and tying down. The blackberry moonrocks lets me do anything to her while the kush mints is a little finicky as soon as the clones start to root, I'll be flipping over to flower(hopefully within 2 weeks)
7 weeks of veg in the books and now it's time to flower. Once I get my clones in soil(in 2 days) I'm gonna flip the lights to 12-12. I found what i think is a magnesium deficiency so I'm gonna water in 1/2tsp of epsom salts.
these pics are 6 days into flower...the girls grew 8 inches this week and I'm probably gonna drop the netting down on them in another week. I've got the light lowered to 14 inches hoping it might help slow down the stretch.
On day 13 of flower the Blackberry moonrocks is standing in at 39 inches tall while the Kush mints is coming in at 33 inches in height.
I gave them a pretty heavy defoliation for better light penetration and to help control the humidity which was getting out of hand.
On day 20 the Blackberry moonrocks is standing 46 inches tall while the Kush mints is standing in at 38 inches. The buds are forming nicely and I'm starting to see trichomes on the leaves
Week 4 of flower is in the books and the buds are starting to stack up. I've started to give the girls a little taste of PK 13/14 at 1ml/gal every other watering.
At the end of week 5 all i can say is that I'm loving the development of the Blackberry Moonrocks....she's the beast in my tent. Can't wait to see here in 4 weeks.
At the end of week 6 the Blackberry Moonrocks is heavily leaning because the colas have some weight. I should have used my scrog net and because I didn't, I have to use string to keep them upright. As for the kush mints...it's kinda just there doing it's thing.
On day 48 of flower the colas are bulking up and my tent room has a nice stink. I think I'm gonna start watching the trichomes....I don't think the blackberry moonrocks is going 9 weeks.
I'm now entering week 9 of flower...my girls are only gonna get cannazym and boost for a few days and then straight Ph balanced water for there
remaining days. I'm going to keep an eye on the trichomes until I'm happy with what I see.
Haversted on day 68 of flower...this plant was a beast. It overtook the tent in week 4 of flower and never looked back. it yielded 147g of quality bud...and 60g of lower grade bud. Can't waoit to grow this again.
