Fast Buds Gorilla Cookies, Lemon Cherry Cookies, Papaya Cookies - 90x90x180 / 100W Run (First Grow)

Stressful week 2 for the plants as they got moved from the balcony (Westside, so sun only available from about 1pm until 7-8pm) into the tent. They mostly got 250-450ml of water applied through a watering ball to spread out the water very evenly and little at a time. Started to put nutrients into the water about half way through the week.
Because of the stress i believe towards the end of week 2, or beginning of 3, one leaf of the Gorilla Cookies had a stress reaction on one spot.
For some reason i cant really find much pics from that week, but they came into the tent on 24.08.2024 afternoon. 20/ Light Cycle started on the 26.-27-08.2024.

my 2 Plants got a "bad" start on the balcony, on top it was rough weather a lot of the time, so they have some catching up to do!
This Week the minimum Humidity was 40%, while the maximum being in 2 of this weeks night, at 85%, it was very high humidity outside, so no chance. The Average was about 60% though.
The Temps were minimum at 21/22 Grad Celsius, being at night, where it generally was a few Grad Celsius colder than during the day with the running light. During the Day temps averaged at around 27-28 Grad Celsius, while maxing out to about 30 Grad Celsius at times when it was hot weather outside already.
GC and now the PC are in 25L Pots (I know its big, i just thought f**k it at the time of buying) the LCC is in a 19L pot.
Yesterday (02.09.2024) a new Exhaust fan for the tent got installed. Cheap 100mm one from China, but want to give it a try. Before that, the Tent was running without an Exhaust Vent. Only the inside fan for circulation. With the Exhaust Vent there is a light negative pressure, which i have learnt is helping to provides fresh oxygen into the tent and therefore the plants.
I am still actively trying to observe the plants and how they are doing multiple times a day, just to gain experience on how to treat them and just get a feeling for this whole thing, like Watering- Today (03.09.2024) its like almost 2 days ago since i last watered them about 1L, but the soil is still moist enough so i will not water again yet. Now it should also be 6, or 7 days since i have the 20/4 Circle runnning. I feel like they are finally more settled with the new Enviroment, compared to the balcony from the beginning.
I had my first try on Low Stress Training on the Gorilla Cookies Auto, i think it turned out great! I should fill ob the pot more though, especially since her lower part of the Stem is not thicker yet.
I understood that LSTs main purpose is to retract the main growth signals from the main stem to the side branches, so i thought this should be sufficient to achieve that. What do you think?
The bright new leafs on the Lemon Cherry Cookies Auto worried me a bit and as a Noob i came to the conclusion that she might want more Nutrients in her Light Mix, so i put 3-4ml/L of Biobizz Grow into her Water now.please feel free to share your thoughts on it! Comments are very welcome! Also i read up again on the strain characteristics, it said on the fast buds page that she grows sturdy with small internodial space in between and i hope she will still turn badass!
The small Papaya Cookies Seed is fine in the "corner" i think. at least when roughly converting the measured lux over the seedling into a rough estimate of ppfd combined with the info on the Spiderfarmer PPFD mapping on their site. she germinated very fast in the water, i let her be and when i watched after about 16 hours she already had a bit of her root outside. then after one day in the soil she peeked out already. hope she will be fine even though its suboptimal that shes far behind now. I had a Gorilla Zkittlez from Fast Buds before but one of my cats killed her. so i chose Papaya Cookies as the replacement.

So the initial firs try at LST turned out to be okay, but i lost a pair of leafs and realized its pretty annoying to do it with the garden wire, since the fabric pots are moving alot if i try to move them a little, resulting in too much pulling at the connected parts, so need to be careful about that.
Also i used the LST clips the first time. i think i will continue the kind of spiral shape its taking on, sounds good, at least as a novice, in my head.
The Lemon Cherry Cookies is still too small in terms of height for me to try some LST, also i cannot fill up the pot with more soil cuz shes too small. on my next grow will also definetly keep that in mind to fill the pots up all the way.
Kinda creeped out that after 3 days the soil still is not fully dry, its slightly moist still, just a little. but i will keep following the advice rather to little than too much. i think latest tomorrow morning i will water them finally. must also be the high humidity in the last 2 days. edit: i did end up watering her the same day at night, was the right choice at least by the way they looked after watering.
06.09.2024:
Damn when i looked into the tent today and took a closer look i got a little paranoid because its the first time seeing the pistillons! So at Week 4 Day 3 showing the earliest signs of Flower, just like the Lemon Cherry Cookies, which is still very small in terms of height, which makes me a little sad- but then again, they had a rough start.
I just would have liked for them to have one more week of pure growing, as i fear they will end up not that big. But for my first grow i will be very happy with minimum 40g per Plant.

went a little crazy with the LST clips, but very satisfied overall especially at the top its nicely spread now.
08.09.2024:
sadly one of the branches snapped on one of the LST clips, as i saw in the morning. it was barely hanging on the last flop of skin. i carefully reattached it and put a bandage around it, not long after i also added garden wire tightly wrapped around it. i hope it will recover in the next few days.
09.09.2024:
happy with the growth and look of the new Papaya Cookies. Still worried about the Lemon Cherry though. she has to get taller!! also one of the leafs on top is covering a lot of new branches, so im thinking removing it will help to boost her. the most LST i can do on her so far is bend her a little to the side with wire at the top to open it up at least a little bit. The temps are finally dropping more so its around 26 Grad Celsius during the day, 22-23 at night
10.09.2024:
the Gorilla is growing nicely by now for sure. just worried she will get way too tall compared to the rest so it will be hard to give each plant the light it needs. also finally removed the one pair of leafs and all the little new growth can feed on the light now! Temps cooling even more, summer is slowly over here in my part in Germany. Tent temps around 22-23 Grad Celsius.
Maybe i will make a second grow diary for the Papaya Cookies, since the older two are already pre flowering and i cant keep the correct week-settings for the Papaya.
Im afraid my Gorilla will outgrow the Lemon Cherry significantly in height, will that be a big problem? or will the lemon cherry maybe catch up a bit in full flower so the difference in light intensity wont be that big? both same age. Spiderfarmer SF-1000 (2024 Version)
You can use pot boosters or LST to control the canopy height. This way they are all aorund the same. Legit any bucket or box under the shorter plant will work.
You can also useing topping as an option but it will hurt yeilds on autoflowers. Photos and Fast versions only.
Some plant explode in growth in flower so it might catch up. but hard to say. best to look at other diaries of that strain and see how theirs went. Take into account different grow styles maybe part of it. Soil vs hydro, amendments vs liquid nutrients.

16.09.2024:
The Lemon Cherry Cookies is a bit on the sensitive side i guess, even though she is in the biobizz Light Mix she seems to have a slight nutrient burn, at least from what i have learned so far im assuming that. I watered her today without adding biobizz grow. But considering the circumstances im happy, after some new leaf tucking and the training from the last days the branches with upcoming buds are all getting light. Shes about 26cm tall atm.
The Gorilla- i am very impressed with her so far, she keeps growing potently atm and i really like how my LST turned out, nice crown. With her i had to actually do some defoliation here and there on the leafs that were blocking budsites severely or grew inwards. She also got her first Watering with Bloom added today, since she right before flowering, just ending pre flower. Shes sitting at 35cm atm.
I am also very happy with the Papaya Cookies progress. she looks healthy so far! i found out she has a Mutation called "whorled phyllotaxy", since she has as set of 3 leafs per node instead of 2. pretty cool and fascinating. i guess that means potentially more yield😎

will edit and add more later, for now enjoy these close ups from the Lemon Cherry Cookies which has recovered by now. so happy shes a purple pheno just like the plant color of the strain / as its advertised on the fast buds page. But im so glad she looks better now, my girlfriend and i are secretly rooting for her the most. she is just so pretty and i hope she will grow big fat indica buds. she also conitnued / still is growing a little and with her aswell i thought she would stay at about 30cm max but now shes over 40cm with the biggest branches and the rest is also catching up, so awesome.
gorilla is now 83cm with the two tallest branches, the rest is catching up more and more and now most are at about 64-70cm. I am more than happy and she keeps growing more and more even though i thought she would stop many days ago.
21 October 2024 she got cut down. So she took about 9 weeks.
Sry for skipping to harvest but wasnt active in between until now for my 2nd grow.
She had the most problems out of the three. I wasnt really feeling her smell. To me personally, she smelled like eggyolk, mixed with a little bit citrus. I know it sounds weird, but thats just how it was for me, lol. The buds were a bit fluffy, but very deep purple and full of trichomes. After curing for at least 2 weeks, the smell after grinding it was more to what it is described as. But the taste i also didnt really enjoy. Would grow her again if i would know she wouldnt be so tricky and also if she actually smelled like Lemon & Cherry for myself.
The purple color is just beautiful though, especially when dried and cured, the trichomes shine like diamonds in the dark.
The most sweet delicious smelling one during flowering. She really smelled super sweet when smelling on the oil / going up close. also indeed smelled like Papaya, or at least what i assume it smells like; never had one in real life before.
She was so sturdy and had such hard stems, that i literally couldnt do LST on her. But i quickly noticed, that she really didnt need it. She had a beautiful natural form in the end and was nicely filled. also, the buds were nicely thick. could be even better of course, but i was super happy.
Gorilla Cookies Auto was my favorite of the 3. She grew very vigorous and healthy and even for my first time doing LST it worked out very well as you can see in the pictures. :) During flowering she smelled amazing. There was a kinda minty, herbal spiceness to it, mixed with some pine / forest scents and yet it was sweet. in the end there was something that reminds me of cream or actually even a bit cookie. The smell freshly grinded was very delicious and even more intense. The density of the buds was also good but of course leaves room for more. All the time during the grow i was hoping she would thicken up more, but in the end i was still very happy with her. Thats why im growing her now again. :) Effects; Strong, and a nice mix from mind and body high. Was the favorite from the effect too out of the 3.
Dry Harvest was about 65-70g so i guess it was about 280g wet weight.
