So I figured out the Lemon CBD's issues were caused by high soil pH. I watered with pH 6,2 but my runoff was 7.
The same with Kmintz #1 which looks mostly fine however.
I switched from acetic acid to phosphoric acid to adjust pH and will lower it to 6,0 for a while.
