Going steadily and strong. Had her first feed today so hopefully growth starts to become more rapid from here on in. I busted my mars hydro 400 watt led so switched to a 600 watt cheap led light. Would definitely not use for flowering but will be fine for growth.
Had a bit of a calmag deficiency problem this week but thanks to GD help I was able to start remedying the problem by spraying the leaves with sensi calmag xtra. Started LST yesterday. I don't think I'll top these as I want a speedy grow. She is on full feed now and hopefully going to have a growth spurt soon.
I think growth is a little slow due to giving full feed a little later than I should have, and maybe LST a week early. She's looking very healthy though so can't complain really.
Slowly as she goes with these summer babies. Wish the heat would subside so these ones could have a chance to boom. I topped this one yesterday. Wasn't planning on it, but needed the plant to focus on the lateral branches. 3 more weeks of veg, then snap.
Heat problems again but I think I’m out of a hot spot now a d the climate should be getting cooler. I’ve been putting frozen water containers in the grow area to drop the temp a few degrees. 2 more weeks and flip.
I’ve switched to 12-12 now and am using a 400 watt HPS. However due to the summer months still lingering I am going to try and run the light at 250 watt for another week or two. Huge improvement in health and growth and although the temps are slightly higher, the plants are loving the change.
I’ve been pulling off the lower leaves and branches so that I only have (hopefully) have 4 main colas to harvest. Expecting to see some pistils within the next few days.
I have also installed a 6 inch exhaust fan which is attached to the cooling tube. It doesn’t eliminate all of the heat obviously, but it does a fairly decent job.
Only just now starting to see the first signs of flowering. Decided to hold off on bloom nutes until next week. I spotted one leaf with a brown patch on it. Other than that she looks a healthy colour and is growing steadily.
Things are looking pretty grim at the moment. I’ve had to remove a bunch of leaves due to drying and dying. I am fairly certain this is the plants way of telling me “it’s too hot in here”. I hope to still get a reasonable harvest but not holding my breathe. I’ve opened up the door of my grow box and put bug screen over the top to protect from predators. This has lowered temps slightly and she’s looking marginally healthier.
Temps were a bit too high this week due to my exhaust fan busting and going unnoticed for 3 days. Back to normal now so things should start to move forward quickly. She looks healthy and has uniform colas.
The tops are uniform and the plant is looking healthy-I think. Possibly the leaves are a little too dark green and have the slightest waxy look to them. Anyway, the bud sites are stilling to fill in and run up the stems. It has been a slower start to flower than my other plants just she is fast catching up.

Looking good👊 And yes I would say they look to be a little heavy on the N side of things I would lower it down especially since your in flower now it does not need it as much as it did in the veg stage. Other than That I'd say It's looking pretty damn good. Oh yea I noticed it says your day temps are 81*F its not to high but if you can I would try to get it down to around 75*ish or at least 77 it can help out. even tho it doesn't seem the plant minds the temp. Filling out gradually. I gave her a flush then topped back up with the regular feeding. This didn’t seem to change anything so I’m thinking I probably did not need to flush. Live and learn. Drinking lots and doing fine.
Stoked to see that the main colas are filling in and becoming dense. The crack drank a little less this week but is still growing superbly. Trichomes are growing and still no red hairs.
The bud formation on this plant has been unlike others I’ve grown. They’ve been stacking on weight seemingly discretely the entire time and now they feel like rocks. The smell is entrancing. It smells a lot like white widow, being able to make you feel like you’ve been transplanted to a serene mountaintop. I think the smell tells me all I need to know about the high. I’d like to go to the end of week 9 with this but circumstances (rental inspection) may restrict me.
Homestretch! I’ll probably cut this at the end of the week. Trichomes are mostly cloudy, although there are a few white pistils here and there. The look of this shimmering goddess almost gets me high. It’s going to be potent I’m guessing, hopefully not to anxiety provoking like some ppl say about this strain.humidity is a little high during lights off but I’m not willing to use the extra power on a dehumidifier.
Woweee, this weed definitely gets you moving. Had a smoke of it and before I knew it I was outside cleaning my compost bin(something which I hate doing). Hits you right in the face and compels you to do something/anything. Not ideal for chilling and watching movies.
@Waters, I know how that can be!! At least the temp. isn't that high at all with the fans running you will be good. the main reason i was mentioning a little lower temp is it seems to bring out more smell and sometimes will bring out some color. and no problem any time if you ever got any other ?'s don't hesitate to ask😊
@Thee_HoffGuyy,hey mate thanks for the confirmation. I would love to lower my temps more but sadly I just have to wait for the season to cool as I do not have air con running. I do have 2 exhaust fans and 2 vents though.
