Hey guys, this is my second grow ever, and as the first one kinda went well better then expected I decided to track my progress this time, for me too compare and for u as it helped me a lot to see what others did during my last grow and I want to give something back. So have fun reading and pls be patient with the mistakes that may will happen along the way, as I am still a noob.
09.09 - I let the seed soak in water for 20h and also prepared the soil. I am using AllMix for the main part of my 15l bucket and an inner layer of soil for seedlings in the middle so the new plant won't get to much nutrients right away. I wettet all of it with pH 6.3 corrected water and a little bit of Biobizz Bio Heaven to get the soil active and preventing it from drying out as I am only planing on spraying the part around the seed for the next couple of days.
10.09 - after one day of soaking the seed and letting the wettet soil rest i combined both and covered the seed area with a plastic bottle bottom to raise humidity and temperature a little bit.
13.09 - i removed the plastic for humidity. The Q1W is running at 40% with a distance of 28cm. I´m thinking about moving it a bit closer but I will first wait 1-2 days to see how the leaves react to the light intensity.
14.09 - added some air flow for a couple of hours to make the plant a bit stronger in the early stage. I also see those little fungus gnats (trauermücken in German) stacking up, so I already have some nematodes ready to add in a few days when the earth gets dry enough so I can water the whole pod a little bit without overwatering it for the small plant
I am a bit unsure if my plant if doing fine. The leaves have a very healthy looking dark green color, and grow fast, but the newer ones are still curled after a few days and the sides feel a bit dry, without showing any signs of beeing dry like lighter color or breaking.
@Fast_Buds, thank you guys very much! at this point your seed is already looking way stronger and faster as the last ones I grew. I´m pretty impressed and strongly motivated for what will come 😊
