Still hasn't popped as of yet (1/4)......I did the same germination process as my other 2 girls running right now they popped a day after being in my grow dome. I guess this seed was dud hope the others aren't as well they did look kind of light and wanky coming out of the breeder pack. So I'm gonna try another 1 hopefully it works this time around I want her to grow with her sisters and not be so far apart.
*Update* I started another germination attempt (1/5), she popped today (1/7) with ease I guess that other seed really was a dud my Somango is gonna be a week behind my other girls but it should be fine.
1/15: I really dislike the fact she’s a week behind her siblings......definitely a dramatic difference.
1/18: Had explosive growth since last check in a few days ago, gonna transplant her today as well with her sisters.
1/22: She's getting real bushy in her small stature, I might do a defoliation to trigger more node sites.
1/23: Did a massive defoliation and a topping today gonna see what this brings in the next few days then I'm gonna start LST
1/24: Didn’t take pics today. A few of the leaves left over from yesterday’s haircut blew up in size no new noticeable branch nodes.......hopefully over the weekend some new growth would prevail
1/28: She so tiny......I wish my 1st bean would’ve popped so she wouldn’t be this far behind
2/1: Shes looking about the same size as my Super Lemon at this same stage of life hopefully she’ll have a growth spurt like her lol
2/3: Did 3 toppings and a little bit of tucking
2/5: I don’t know if I got bad batch of seeds in this strain or not because my 1st attempt didn’t germinate and this 2nd 1 is barely growing. The growth that it does gain is weird and without any stretch whatsoever.
2/6: I’m so ready to put my other 2 girls in flower but I’m trying to wait for this 1 to show me something pleasing to do so I’m going to flip next or the following week.
2/8: She’s bushing but not stretching. I can’t even stress and train her like I would like to.
2/10: still really no improvement gonna veg 1 more week then flip not looking to get much from her
(Day 37) 2/12: Wasn’t ready to flip her but doesn’t look like she has much growth to do.....just short and stubby don’t want to deprive her sisters I’m ready for them.
(Day 40) 2/15: I see little deficiencies going on now don’t know what though......I’ll see what happens in the next few days
(Day 41) 2/16: I’ll probably get 5 grams from her in the end lol.....I fed her, did more LST to open her more and added a 600W LED
(Day 44) 2/19: Still a tiny thing doubt I even get enough bud on her in the end for 1 joint lol
(Day 46) 2/21: She got a little bush on her but I feel like just chopping her and just giving my other 2 girl the PAR she's taking from them
(Day 49) 2/24: I was closely checking out my development of flowers and discovered I have fucking gnats so I’m pissed now......I’m gonna spray the top layer of medium with a water/neem oil mix then top it off with a sand/diatomaceous Earth mix and also put sticky papers around
(Day 50) 2/25: She’s the smallest and less developed of all my girls so naturally she’s suffered more damage due to my gnat problems. Hopefully the steps I’ve taken greatly handles my currently situation.
(Day 52) 2/27: Little princess has a little bushing developing I think I want to pull a few leaves from her to open a little more
(Day 54) 3/1: I might just pull her completely.....I don’t think she’s gonna produce anything, the energy and space I’m wasting on her could be going to her sisters
(Day 58) 3/5: As you can see she’s still here I haven’t had the heart to chop her
(Day 61) 3/8: Feeding time.......
(Day 63) 3/10: Her little buds are developing but she having some type of deficiencies leaves are looking weird in some spots
(Day 65) 3/12: day to day nothing but issues with this 1
(Day 71) 3/18: She still got her issues gonna continue her grow which is probably around 3 weeks. My focus is to fatten up the little buds she did produce
(Day 72) 3/19: did some semi-lollipopping to her, her sister and her confused sibling that doesn’t knows what sex it wants to be.
(Day 76) 3/23: buds a little fatter since the last time I checked. Smell has gotten sweeter, I wouldn’t say it smells like a mango. Triches are creamy, no hair colour development.....NOT 1 GINGER HAIR!!! lol
(Day 79) 3/26: Really don't have much to say but she's fattening up and smelling nice.
(Day 82) 3/29: real tropical smell coming off of her definitely a failure in the weight department. Started her flush with her siblings
@Bloom_Room_By_Jared,man I get autos are very nute sensitive, I’ve also notice certain varieties respond very different to LST and topping. Some times it’s just funky phenotypes that drive you crazy.
@Th3L0rAx, I've had issues with this plant the whole grow I barely feed her and my lights aren't that powerful, I actually wish I spent money on something better
