📆 [21.09.] - Day 1️⃣
- Nothing -
📆 [22.09.] - Day 2️⃣
💬 Removed humidity dome as they grew into it over night, they jumped! Moved closer to the lights.
💬 They are still protected under a bigger humidity dome at 70% rh.
📆 [23.09.] - Day 3️⃣
💬 Added some sand on top of the soil as mulch & protection against fungus gnats.
💬 #1 got a little curly situation going on, but thats fine. She will figure it out later, i guess.
📆 [24.09.] - Day 4️⃣
💦 Watered with 12ml filtered rainwater each to keep them moist.
🌱 Transplanting is planned for Day 7, so ill keep her on the low moisture side until then for a good root development and a smooth transplant.
📆 [25.09.] - Day 5️⃣
💬 Treating the soil with predator mites to kill the fungus gnat larvae and as prevention against other pests like Thripse. (Hypoaspis miles)
💬 Treating every single plant in the house with a total of 12.500 predator mites. Flying pests should be controlled in the whole environment if you can not quarantine infected plants. My whole house is full of various different plants, so ive got to treat them all.
💎 Decided it was time to move them into their new environment today. Finally got warm temps there when the lights are on (28-30 degrees celsius). There is 65% rh in the greenhouse box, hygrostat is set to 55% rh. Going to upgrade to a GSE Climate Controller in a few days.
📆 [26.09.] - Day 6️⃣
💬 Applied SF-Nematodes to every single plant in the house. (Soil has to be moist, using against fungus gnats)
📆 [27.09.] - Day 7️⃣
🌱 Transplanted to 15l pots of pure homemade living soil which is pimped with some extra pumice chunks today. The roots were looking white and healthy. They didnt have too many roots yet, due to the early transplant. The rootball fell apart a little bit on both plants, but nothing critical happened. I think they will be fine, maybe they will be a little bit shocked for some days, but once they have rooted through that soil they will have explosive growth anyways. ✅
💦 Watered both after transplanting with 1200ml rainwater. (again with SF-Nematodes)
