Lola's Psychosis (Bruce Banner #3 × Lemon Space Fuel) Grow journal for Hyperactive Highs Mainline Grow Competition
PRE SOAKED IN ROOM TEMP. WATER AT 2 PM ON TUESDAY 9/10/24. PLACED IN WET PAER TOWEL IN ZIPLOCK AND PLACED ON AC INFINITY SEEDLING MAT AT 2 PM ON WEDNESDAY 9/11/24. SEED HAD ABOUT 1/4"-1/2" TAP ROOT SHOWING WHEN I CHECKED , SO I PLANTED IT IN THE SOIL IN A SOLO CUP AT 5PM ON THURSDAY 9/12/24. SPROUTED FROM SOIL ON FRIDAY EVENING 9/13/24. PPFD IS SET TO 250 MAKING THE DLI 16.2 WITH A VPD OF .8 THROUGHT THE SEEDLING . WHO SAYS FRIDAY THE 13TH IS SUPPOSED TO BE AN UNLUCKY DAY. 😂 LETS GROW!!!
I transplanted out of the solo cup and into its final 3 gal. conatainer on the 20th as its roots were stretched throughout nicely. I inoculated the root zone and transplant hole with great white fungi to prevent shock from the transplant and to boost root growth and overall health. Day 1 of the initial week of veg was on 9/22/24 which is when it's 1st true leaves grew. Very Healthy and vigorous growth so far. I've got the VPD dialed in at .8, PPFD set at 450 making the DLI 32.4. It has really good leaf shape and structure with healthy green color. I have my lights set at just 30% for now until it gets a bit bigger. Very pleased with the progress!!!!
Day 1 of Week 2 of veg began on Sun.9/29 . Ive kept the VPD dialed in between .9 and 1.0. Raised the PPFD to 550 making a DLI of 35.64 watered with plain rain water on 9/23 and 9/26. Fed with with FPJ( Fermented Plant Juice) on 9/29 after topping and training using wire to tie down branches as Ive found branches tend to be more susceptible to snapping when full of water. She was a about 8 Inches tall before topping between 2nd and 3rd node. Seeing some very fast and vigorous growth the first week of veg so I started to feed a bit earlier than I normally would but the plant showed me it could handle it. If I can prevent a deficiency I'd rather do that than chase one. Very happy with all aspects of the grow so far. Let's see how she responds to the Modified Main-Line style of training that I started on 9/28.
Did a 2nd round of topping on 10/10.and supercropped it on Began using Green Planets GP3 3 part nutrient line, also using Their Vitathrive and Rezin along with Real Growers Recharge . Very pleased with the growth. Plant is staying a nice shade of green with no deficiencies visible. Stalk is thickening nicely as well as branches. VPD has been kept at 1.05 which is on the high end of the ideal range but within the parameters, which means a higher rate of transpiration for the plant and mean a little more frequent watering but it's an excuse to get in the garden so I'm fine with it. I raised the ppfd up on my light to 580 at the beginning of Week 3 of veg. resulting in a DLI of 37.58, slightly higher than the previous week and the plant responded well. I will be flipping after the 4th week of veg, with the 1st 12 hr dark period beginning on 10/18. My light is currently set at 50 %. I'm loving the structure of this plant and can't wait to see how the flowers are shaped.
Significant growth this week. Stalk and branches noticeably thicker. Using a little more water. Healthy green chlorosis in the leaves. VPD is steady at 1.05, PPFD AT 580 WITH A DLI right around 38 . staked down the branches to spread the branhes out S much as possible to get lightbto those future bud sites. Today marks day 35 from seed and I am going to flip to flower tonight. 10/1
Great growth , health and really using a lot of water. Lighting is at a slightly higher ppfd . Not much to report just starting the flowering process. Will continue veg. Nutrient schedule through week 1
Week 2 of flower and lookin great. Quite a bit of stretch early but maintained ideal inter nodal spacing. .Starting see those bud sites really taking shape. Not much to add, just letting it run its course. Water uptake has been increasing steadily and this girl can really handle a more aggressive feeding schedule, allowing faster growth . I Increased ppfd to 800. , plant responded fine to the increase. Nutrient solution is now 15 ml bloom, 10 ml micro, and decreased the grow from 10ml to 5ml.
Shes stopped stretching. Showing sone Beautiful green growth and impressive stacking. Been dropping Temps between 62 and 65F at night. I Decreased the dose of the Grow part of the line by 50%, from 10ml/gal down to 5ml/gal to decrease nitrogen ratio in nutrient solution to prevent causing less than ideal structure and density. Green Planets gp3 line is what I've found to work best for all the plants I grow. Their nutrients compliment my style of growing ,along with hygrozyme enzymes and hygroben microbes.
A lot of bulking since the stretch stopped a couple days into week 3 of flower. TheBuds are starting to get realy nice structure and shape
The Stacking is going good even the lower sites are on pace with the size of the top sites. Strong lemon/ pine cleaner, and body odor coming off strong. Water uptake has leveled off at 1 to 1.25 gal
Per day. No deficiencies or toxicities showing, leaves and branches standing tall, its a very aesticaĺly pleasing plant for sure.stretched 2 to 3 times from the time of flip
Stretching stopped after the 3rd week. Everything going as expected. Bumped the ppfd up to 950 at the beginning of Week of flower. Hoping to help achieve max trichome, resin, and increase other secondary metabolites .
Wow that's all I can Say about Lola's Psychosis from Cavs Snake Oil. Strong Citrus and Gas, and maybe some body odor in there too. Whew, burns your eyes . Well I adjusted the ppfd on my light up to 950. I'll leave it her the rear of the way through harvest. Feeding twice a week. It's all about growing big buds now as the colas are really taking off. Running slightly elevated ec of around 1.8. And the loves it
Everything is the same as it was last week , and will be from now until the final week when i flush. Happy with overall health , and structure of the plant in week 6 of flower
