In regards to VPD, does it change the chart at all if my tent is enriched to 1200 ppm of co2?

The short answer is NO.
If you are keeping the correct VPD then that is great. With increase in CO2 you are now able to pump them with a lot more light.
Keep VPD steady at your reccomended levels and you are good to go!
