zenserone In the second week, the seedling is diligently forming leaf pairs. At first, I supported the stem with a wire. After a few days, that was no longer necessary. The Blumat system has now been installed and will provide the basic water supply from now on. The light is now at 50%.

zenserone The plant is growing really well. I'm topping above the third node and tying the side branches to the edges of the pot with plant wire. Before starting the flowering phase, I apply the slow-release fertilizer according to the manufacturer's instructions and work it into the top layer of soil.

zenserone While tying up the shoots, I clumsily broke something off. I put it back together with tape and removed a few fan leaves. It has grown back together without any issues. I've set the light to 75%.

zenserone The plant is now filling out the tent. First clearly visible flower sites. I've set up a scrog net for support to better distribute and hold the flowers evenly. Light is now at 100%.

zenserone The resin production is really kicking off now. Many small buds are forming, and sugar leaves are developing in them.

zenserone The buds are growing. A slight purpling is setting in. I have defoliated a few yellow leaves, as I definitely don't want to risk bud rot again. To counteract the strong yellowing of the leaves, I hung the lamp at a distance of 45 cm, as I thought I might have overdone it with the light intensity. Additionally, I have added a bit more PK granules and coffee grounds to ensure there is no nutrient deficiency.

zenserone I brought the lamp back to a distance of 30 cm. I don't think I had too much light. The buds need to receive proper energy to gain some mass before the harvest. I'd rather try to improve things through watering and I'm manually watering more again instead of using the Blumat. The new sugar leaves look a strong green. I don't see any rotting leaves yet. Yellow leaves are being removed further. Overall, I've defoliated more to ensure enough light penetrates the plant. The smell is very pleasant in the tent. The fan is working well at 40%. Visually, I really like the flowers already. Today I measured the light in the tent with a Photon: centrally it was 1,494 ppfd and outside it was still 949 ppfd. So the light intensity could be borderline. You can also see the headmap on the leaf canopy.

zenserone We're heading into the last scheduled week. The trichomes are already partially amber. I'm unsure if I should really wait a whole week more until the harvest? I've adjusted the lamp to 80%, about 100 watts at a distance of 30 cm. In the center, the value is still over 1000 ppfd, and at the edge, it's just under 800. That should definitely still be enough.

Happy Harvest Day!

The grow was really very straightforward and pleasant. Unfortunately, I only realized very late that I should have adjusted the lamp differently. Maybe the result would have turned out a bit better then. Overall, I am quite satisfied and look forward to being able to taste the harvest soon.

zenserone It doesn't seem like much is happening anymore. The trichomes are milky and gradually turning amber. That's enough for me. I didn't hang the whole plant but several branches that I can hang well spaced out in the tent without them being too close to each other.
